I would only give her the one star because of her lady friend that was still trying to be civil despite Fatima being a total nuisance in understanding our situation. Yes, we had bought the baby sherwani for $25 which I felt was a good bargain but Fatima kept insisting we buy the size zero despite us telling her it will not fit the baby/ maybe too tight as well. she kept insisting for us to buy the product as she said that she knows about babies as she had a son. Now when we went back to gladly ask for an even exchange, her not being at the store but we did a video call so that she could see with her greedy eyes that we were being reasonable from the selections that was offered to us. Its not even about the $25 but her word of mouth and the poor customer service that made us upset and also not being cooperative and reasonable about the whole situation. We even planned to have bought more products if she had kept her words. Hence, that's why we went on to give our business to a much more organized, clean,customer friendly and better priced TAJ BOUTIQUE for business. Please note we are not trying to support any store but sharing our personal experiences as to how we were treated at each store. Fatima, if you had kept your words we would have appreciated that. Seems like your the one crying over the $25 that's why your whole attitude changed when we kindly asked for an exchange. Neither one of us is gaining or losing with the $25. I am just asking for Fatima to be ethical in her business.

I would give her 0 but no choice had to give her 1 star . I suggest people not to go to this place . Fatima is very Rude and Unprofessional. I went to the store and liked this dress , went to the room to try it on .there were clothes everywhere . There was not even a room to stand .it was a complete MESS .I wasn’t comfortable trying it on . Plus Fatima had assured that it would fit me .I bought it and it didn’t fit me . I called the store for an exchange 2 days later . She completely flipped and said she had told me there is no exchange or return . I don’t remember her saying that not even once .She was so rude on the phone and she hanged up on me . . I even told her I’m not returning it I’m just exchanging .she did have a one size up in that dress . She would not do an exchange for me . She clearly said NO . so pls don’t waste time going there . Had an Indian wedding and all the events they do before. Today was the wedding. Two days ago we went to the tan boutique because it had better ratings but the ladies there were extremely rude and no help wanted us to get whatever and get out so we came here. I chose our outfits but I wanted to make sure they fit my bf before buying she was extremely nice let us come after closing around 9pm we got our outfits and I needed an adjustment to make the bust a little bigger she called her friend and we went to ehr house around 11pm and got it done and fixed picked up the next day on time for the event so happy and got many compliments.
