Only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is the two amazing employees that helped me contact Xfinity to get our phones unlocked. Had our phones paid off for years and Xfinity had us pay $171 to unlock phones that should've already been unlocked. When we got metro sim cards we had one phone unlocked and the service didn't work. Xfinity is forcing us to stay and we can't afford to phone bills. It was less than 24 hours so we went to the Metro PCS store... the manager told us we couldn't get refunds there but we could through corporate. We called corporate and they told us we were able to get refunds and to go back to the store. We went back and the manger just kept trying to have us continue services there, all we wanted was a refund... She told us to call our bank but that'd force it to freeze and for us to get a new card again since we had to go through this with Xfinity. Overall experience with the manager 0/5.... her employees did an amazing job. Honestly don't think I'll be going back to Xfinity or Metro...
Read moreI ordered the 50.00 unlimited plan. When I checked Metro App, I realized I was sold the 70.00 plan + an insurance plan I didn't order.
In all fairness, my former carrier T-Mobile made a mistake that wasted 2 hours of employee's time, ( and mine) but I still was charged 25.00, and none of my apps were transferred from old phone to new I purchased. I could have called my credit card company and canceled that purchase, but I was able to do the transfers using library computer. Took me two hours.
611 customer service credited my account for insurance and wrong plan, but not for 25.00 fee.
Hopefully I never have to step foot in a T- Mobile or Metro...
