Went to the FedEx counter to do a return and the lady working this evening was very rude! As soon as she finally came to the counter she had an attitude. I said, "I just need a label printed please to return this." She grabbed her gun and scanned it and just says, "can't print here". I asked what does she mean and she snapped back that there's nothing she can do if the system won't except it. I said, "Ok, any ideas why not?" She's turned away and couldn't care less and snaps, "I can't do anything here. You have to go to another location." - no explanation how another location would be able to accept the return label if they can't. As I stood there trying to search my phone for a number to get any help she starts talking crap to the FedEx guy that was there and kindly waiting to take my box - telling him she doesn't know why I'm still standing there but then tells him sometimes the labels weight don't match the item and going on talking rudely about me. I did nothing to her! As I heard her say that I said, "Mama, you could have mentioned that to me instead of just trying to send me off to another location where I would have the same issue!! I did notice they put the weight as only 1 lb for a gaming chair and if that's the issue that would be helpful to have been told." She starts flapping her mouth, again very rude in her tone, comments and the I don't care attitude!! I have been a customer at this location for 14 + years and I'm Thankful I never had to deal with her before & I NEVER will AGAIN!! The lady working the photo/ FedEx counter needs to find a job that doesn't deal with customer service! The manager really needs to rethink this hire or lose lots...

His name is Dan my father had just got diagnosed with stage 4 malignant colon cancer we went to his pain management doctor to get him on his new regiment of meds. His doctor wrote out the prescription and we headed over to walgreens to get them filled. There was an error on the prescription before saying his oxycodone was on an 8 hour basis when his doctor said 4. The pharmacist would not let them go because we were early which is totally understandable hes only reading whats on the pill bottle. So when i asked him if he could call the doctor to get this figured out he told me to shut up and hes not gonna deal with me right now!! When i heard that i about flipped a lid and wanted to hop over the counter to wring his neck! he then told us to go to another pharmacy because hes not gonna deal with us. remember his job is to help ill patients get there meds not downgrade them and make them feel like a drug addict. He then told my dad that he would give him 40 of the 60 morphine pills and thats it. This guy is not a doctor and has no right to fill half scripts wth is that?? what are you going to do with the other 20 huh?? So we ended up leaving walgreens and went to CVS and they had no problem calling his doctor and getting everything straightened out. So if you live in the lathrop area please avoid this pharmacy they will cause you nothing but trouble and make a terminally ill patient feel like ...
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE VERY RACIST AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. VERY POORLY TRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM A REGULAR PAYING CUSTOMER AND BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR I WAS TREATED POORLY. THE MANAGER WITH THE PINK NAILS WITH THE NAME GARTH WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME TO SHOP ELSEWHERE AFTER I ASKED TO PAY MY RENT. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT EITHER. THIER REVIEWS TELL IT ALL ABOUT THESE PEOPLE AND THIS EXACT LOCATION. DR. UMAR WOULD HAVE A FIELD DAY WITH THIS STORE AND ITS WORKERS!
UPDATE:::: I PUT IN MY REPORT WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THURSDAY THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO HEAR BACK. TODAY 1/8/24 I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK AND THEY SAID THEY SENT MY REPORT TO THE STORE AND THE STORE SAID I WAS YELLING AND BEING LOUD!!! I AM SO HAPPY THEY STATED THIS BOLD FACE LIE IT FURTHER REITERATES THAT THEY ARE RACIALLY CHARGED UP OVER A SIMPLE TRAINING ISSUE. EVERYTHING WAS RECORDED INCLUDING ON THEIR CAMERAS. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO PAINT ME AS “THE ANGRY BLACK PERSON” WHEN THAT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO PURSUING FURTHER ACTION ON THE LYING ABOMINATIONS THAT ROAM THIS LOCATION.
