Angeles Fashion — Local services in Lathrup Village

This review has nothing to do with the clothes that are sold at the store but more so with the customer service. I came into the store to shop but while I was there I needed to use the restroom facility. I was told that the restroom was closed due to Covid. As a customer, I feel that I should have been able to use the facility especially if I am patronizing your store. Customers are allowed to go into a dressing room and try on clothing and nothing is mentioned about Covid. Why because the store wants money of course. I live an hour away from the store and after a long drive I’m told I can’t use the restroom but I can use your dressing room. So is this how you treat your elderly customers? Is this how you treat any customer. Very disappointed……..and yet have to use...

I was told to stop touching the clothes...was told I was messing up the racks. Woman said to give her a break and stop pulling clothes off rack to look at them because she had to go behind me and straighten up the rack...I am ok with that since she continually followed behind me like I was going to steel something. Gave her something to keep her busy. She IS getting paid to do a job. There are plenty of these shops around Detroit so I left this location without giving them a dime of my money. I guess they throw in the Christian music as a nice touch....especially considering they are owned by the Chinese and the atmosphere IS...

Love, love , love This place! Mr. Lee and staff are great! I walk in the door and felt like I was walking into my Church home lol.. after not being there in over a year. They had the Gospel music playing, wow... that was the topper for me! Then I seen sooooo... many styles from Sunday service to Vacation, to leisure, something for every Occasion.
