Absolutely terrible place. Second time I've had to go to city hall and greeted by very rude receptionist each time who has an attitude and rolls her eyes every time you ask a question. While waiting to be helped noticed the city hall workers were arguing and telling off every resident that walks through the doors. The City Of Lauderhill needs to provide better training for its staff and hold them accountable for the way they conduct business. What I witnessed today was not an isolated incident and find it repulsive that they would allow the staff to act in such a manner. When I came in person to submit the forms and pay, the service was quick, and they were able to schedule inspections for the same day!
