Snappers Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lauderhill

Order snappers from this location and had it delivered from Uber eats. Food did come hot and on time but that’s not the issue. Ordered a platter of 20 wings, 2 things of fries and hush puppies. The ONLY thing that was good was the hush puppies. The fries were soggy and had to be thrown in the air fryer to get crispy and the worst part was the chicken. When you bite into the chicken it smelled like spoiled raw fish. Not sure if they cooked the chicken in the same oil as they do their seafood but it smelled spoiled fish. Called to speak to a manager and the girl who answered said the manager wouldn’t be in until 2am and when I explained to her what was going on with food that I paid for, all she could say was “okay”.. I normally don’t order from Snappers, Hooks is 10000000% better and now after this experience and the way it was handled , definitely wouldn’t order from here again, especially this location and I guess you get what you pay for and you get the customer experience dealing with the hood ....

This was the worst overall experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. Number one the bathroom was out of service. The girl taking the orders was rude and obnoxious and disinterested in being there. How’s the Shrimp came out it was hot but Did not taste good nor did the tilapia. No utensils were brought to the table. When I went back to the counter to ask for some the same disinterested girl so they had none had an attitude that was unhappy that there was no utensils. I asked to speak to the manager he came out found a box of utensils within less than a minute handed the girl the box and turned and started to walk away from the counter without even addressing me after I asked to speak with him when I called him back and told him of the experience getting him to say he was sorry he was like pulling teeth. I look forward to seeing the next restaurant that moves into the space because I will never come back to...

Ordered the # 5 Combo- Shrimp. Conch, fish & fries. The everything was fresh & made to order which extremely important, fish fresh & fried just right. I lived in Chicago for several years & discovered these types of restaurants on the Southside & Westside they were on point, So when I was informed about this Snappers & finally ate there I felt at home & would bring all friends who visit me from Chicago there. It’s truly the spot, the service & the cleanliness was very noticeable upon entry.& the best fried foods I’ve eaten todate . However, I’m partially too Catfish nuggets Side order. & that was on point. Oh, I forgot the carrot cake it’s on point. My Birthday is in July on the 8 th so I’m going definitely order so dishes from there & that delicious carrot cake. However, I may not share the cake.lol Accordingly, I would highly recommended this Restaurant especially to the Hurricane...
