This is the Worst Furniture Experience I have ever had in my life . This the second time I have purchased bedroom sets from this company and the same result. This most recent experience has been frustrating to say the least. I am all for supporting Local Businesses in my community but not when you are Over Charging for Run down Dry rotten furniture! The Initial process was nice and easy , they chat you up while they process your information to get approved for the loan which I was approved. I picked out One Queen Bedroom set, A second Queen size bed and a sectional. Payment was taken and Delivery Date was set. Saturday rolls around and I am excited ready to set up furniture and get My new Home in order. The delivery guy arrives with a Teenage boy , and a older Gentleman. They start to unload the truck and there is only one bed. The Delivery guy looks puzzled and says " Oh" " I left the other Bed set , My apologies " . I am growing annoyed at this point , He is not able to bring the Bed and sectional until the following Saturday. They did set up the bed set "Free of Charge " which is great" . But they left my bed so now I have to wait home for another 4 hours on a saturday. The following saturday comes and this time there are three guys , two older gentleman and the same young teenage boy. Bed comes in , everything set up , perfect. But the initial Bed Set was installed with the wrong colored bed rails so that had to be corrected. Yet again another minor error on their behalf and the delivery personnel. My sectional could not fit up the elevator , nor through the corridor of my apartment complex. So it took 1 hour and a half for the men to lift the delivery truck up the curb with my sectional mid-air , hanging off of the lift. The idea is to get the sectional through my balcony. 45 minutes later the sectional is finally upstairs and ready. Fast Forward to a few months later , I a rearranging my bedroom and I keep all the plastic wraps on my appliances and furniture as long as I can . I notice there is a bed bug crawling around in my mattress. To my surprise I find a few more inside this sealed mattress. I called the company to express to Them that I am experiencing a pest issue with their product. I was told I would receive a callback , that never happened. I called back the next morning , spoke with the Owner to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with their furniture. I have not even had this furniture for a year . Not to mention I am still paying on this furniture. I spoke with the Owner , he stated " We can not take responsibility for that , you must have bugs in your apartment " " Our Mattress come Brand New " I began to get upset and let him know if I can not have my furniture replaced they can stop taking $191.00 out of paycheck every two weeks and come pick up their property" . The Owner Hung Up in my face . I re-called and he is now blocking my calls. Be Warned Stay Away From this Company Products are imported from all over the country (third-world countries) Not worth the money or the Headache" My sectional wasn't even" " New " They gave me the sectional that was in the showroom Eww . It is in the paperwork "As is Sale " but that is still Gross ! Stay away from this...

I never though finding furniture would be so difficult. I’ve spent hours and days of research looking for a black bedroom set. I went to all the “Brand Name” furniture stores such as Ashley’s, Rooms-To-Go, Baers, Badcock, etc. I could not find a single black bedset that didn’t look like it was an antique. Then I went back to my good friend Google and searched “furniture store Fort Lauderdale”. I scrolled past the major stores that I have already been to and happened to see that Zaynas Furniture had great star ratings and reviews. What a coincidence that it was 5 minutes from where I live. Not only did they have multiple black bed sets for me to choose from, but there were many other colored betsets that started to make me reconsider a black one. Fortunately my mind was set on that specific color and I ran into a black bedset with LED lights that’ll really set the mood. Best thing about it is that it was within my budget. I requested them to deliver the package to my new apartment. They were on time as scheduled to drop of my package. Two men that had a great sense of humor came to bring up the bedset. They carried everything all the way into my room on the third floor. The process to set up my King bed took them less than 15 minutes. I purchased a King and Queen mattress from a different location that would’ve been impossible to carry to the third floor by stairs with the crew that I had at the time. The two men offered to assist with the mattresses and help bring both to the third floor into my apartment. The two gentlemen then said their goodbyes and were on their way. Funny thing to me is they didn’t even ask for a tip. I gave both men a generous tip before they could leave and thanked them making joke about getting better service from “Zaynas Furniture, a place you probably never heard of.” One of the gentlemen said, “Yep. We try to do the best for our clients. I work from the bottom up and I’m Zayna by the way.” What was so surprising is that the owner of the business was actually working hands on and even offering more assistance without even looking for anything in return. They made the process seamless for me. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to Zaynas Furniture on 19th Street for their home furniture. Another...

If you are looking for good quality and great prices on furnitures, look no further. I have been to various small family owned furniture stores and wasn’t happy witht the services and price were a little bit too high. So, I was introduced and referred to Zayna’s Furniture by my sister-in-law. She told me this is the one stop-shop furniture store. And sure enough, my sister in law was right. In my quest to find furnitures for my new home, I took my sister-in-law advice and went into Zayna’s Furnitire where I have met Marc and his parents. Marc showed me around the showroom, was able to answer my questions. Marc was very kind and pleasant to work with. Not only that they were kind, but they were able to beat other furinture stores prices. I have bought a dining set where other stores asked for a lot more than what Zayna’s have given me.
