Racism and stereotyping Savage mills is a great and fun place. We have been coming here for some years now and have not had the experience we did today at this store. We had a lady shadow us the entire time we looked arround. My daughter was looking for my little pony toys and every step we took this lady just happened to be in the same place we were looking. At fist we thought it was strange so we went to a different are (next to the soaps) and she followed. We went back to the area that had the my little pony and she followed us. I heard the lady at the register say " if they are looking for my little ponies we have some more in the front display" the lady that was shadowing us immediately waved her off. Like she didn't want us looking in that area. Unfortunately I know that we are not the only ones this lady has done this too. I will not be shopping...

I have checked out this store several times while I was at Savage Mill. I had asked her if she bought collectibles and she said yeah she does. So I started looking through boxes of mine, even sent her a excel sheet of all the ones I was giving her which was about 150 figurines. Spent hours working on it and gathering the boxes to get to her and drove an hour to drop off. Only to be told she would be sending me a check by mail soon. Even though I didn’t feel comfortable leaving them I had no other choice as I couldn’t take them back to storage and I was about to move. I tried calling and texting with no response. I would never buy or sell from such an unethical business owner who takes things from people who are already struggling. A big disappointment but...

I absolutely love this store!!! It has everything!!! They are always adding new things that u don't see at the mall or in other Department Stores. The staff there are all so nice and so helpful. If they run out of something they will really try to get it for you if they can. I have had the privilege of meeting the owner of this wonderful establishment and as everything else about this store, she is wonderful as well. I have enjoyed shopping in this store for sooo many years and hopefully many, many more to come. OH YEAH, EVERYONE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO CHECK THEM OUT DURING THE CHRISTMAS...
