Menu Includes: Breakfast Croissants, Classic Breakfast (Bacon, Sausage, Turkey, Chicken), Eggs Benedict, Omelettes, Melts, Cast Iron Pressed Sandwiches, Salads, Baked Goods, Coffee, & MORE! . Items Reviewed: Their Fruit Tart (with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, & custard $7.95). DELICIOUS!! Extra Sweet, with a thick custard!!
Their Lemon Tart (with a lemon custard $7.95). STAMP!! Lemony, thick, citrus DELICIOUSNESS!!
Their Bacon Egg & Cheddar (on a croissant with avocado, & tomato $11.50). STAMP!! A buttery fluffy croissant, plenty of crisp bacon, a great sandwich!!
Their Sausage Egg & Cheddar (on a croissant $9). LIKE THAT!! Again a buttery fluffy croissant, thick sausage, & cheesy eggs!!
Their Quiche Lorraine (with cream, eggs, ham, cheddar, & onion in a pastry bowl $10). STAMP!! Thick, savory, meaty, & fluffy!! . Customer Service: The cashier was ON POINT!!! I asked her to get plates to eat there, but to also get to go boxes on the side. The SERVER brought my food out in to go bags…no problem, I gently asked for plates. She aggressively said I didn’t ask for plates, and reluctantly gave them to me. Even when I said “thank you”….no response!! SMH…I did nothing to deserve that!! . Online Navigation: Easy . Parking: Rough . Recommendations: Any Croissant breakfast sandwich!! . Music: YouTube-N.E.G 8/18/99

Read moreI came here when it was Rustiq Bakery and had an awful experience, especially with the servers. That was a little more than a year ago. The food and drink was okay, honestly would’ve rather gone to Starbucks because somehow Starbucks is cheaper and higher quality. Also, the employees don’t treat me like dirt over there.
Fast forward to now, I give a Roggenart a chance, mainly because it doesn’t say “Rustiq Bakery” anymore. In the back of my head I’m hoping that they have new employees who don’t hate everyone who walks in their front door. I’m almost praying as I open the door that Roggenart is different from Rustiq.
Couldnnt have been more wrong. This is the same place. Same okay food. Same overpriced coffee. Same miserable, awful service.
I’ve read a couple reviews about this place and when it was called Rustiq and many low reviews underscore the bad service. I’m here to tell you that they are all correct. Even the good reviews would insert the fact that even though the product was good, the service was sub par.
Roggenart is one step above Rustiq. However, the staircase is 50 steps long and we’re coming from the bottom. I see potential in this place, I just hope that whoever walks in there tomorrow morning isn’t treated with the same level of unprofessionalism and...
Read moreWe stopped here for a quick snack and coffee. Unfortunately, quick was the exact opposite of what the trip turned out to be. There was a constant line of 15 people. Only two people out front who were both working hard. One person made and delivered coffee and the other took orders, delivered, packed orders, etc. It was so inefficient. The poor cashier was doing everything....and thus could barely take orders. The worst was there was no less than 15 people in the back of the house, some of which I could watch literally doing nothing. Twice what appeared to be management came out front only to get themselves a coffee and go to the back.
What should have been quick trip took over 30 minutes (probably over 40) for a 'to go' order. The food was just ok. Pain aux raisins was dry and needed more butter/glaze and the chocolate croissant was fine. The coffee was not hot, but at least it was flavorful. What I don’t understand is with all those people in the back, why did no one help. I get many of them are bakers or sandwich makers, but ignoring customers is not a good way to have people come back. And again, I literally witnessed people doing nothing (I had nothing else to do in the 30+ minutes except watch them...
