Wonder Wireless — Local services in Laurel

My Note 8 screen crashed in the middle of a full blown work day. Using my insurance wasn't a option, as I need to makes calls, and continue my work flow.. A clam would have taken at least 2 business days. I needed my phone fix immediately. I reached out to Ubreak I Fix and they weren't able to complete the task within the time needed. Essentially next day pick up was the soonest. I then attempted RepairBar Laurel at 14213 Baltimore. STAY AWAY!!! This place was shady. The owner was unprofessional by attemting to charge me extra for not using cash. My phone repair was quoted at $375 CASH he insisted. I kindly reminded him of having signs posted as a merchant for all major cards was misleading. He then shouted all gas staions also charge extra for card purchases. As desperate as I was, I opted not to use his service. And I'm glad I did. Desperate and discouraged I stumbled upon WONDER WIRELESS at 699 Washington Blvd. Laurel. The service and professionalism exceede all expectation. Felix not only over nighted my screen for repair He also provide me with a loaner. WOW! My phone was repaired fast and Felix used a Samsung screen to preserve my factory warrenty. I will continue to use Wonder Wireless going forward....

This guy is amazing i took my phone to geek squad and Apple to fix my phone because it just crashed out of nowhere. No one could fix my phone everyone was telling me i had to buy a new one and i took it to this guy and he was able to fix everything and tell me what was wrong with the phone.i was so shocked he gives best service and gets the job done very professional place and reasonable prices. He even fixed my phone screen lastmin when the screen went bad i had plans and everything for that night and he got it back running in less than a hour 😱.This guy is a amazing definitely...

Felix at Wonder Wireless did a great job. He has a great personality and knows his business. Great customer service. I had cracked the screen of my weeks old Samsung S22 phone (It wasnt in a case. I had ordered a custom case [family photo on back side] and I should have gotten a standard case to protect the phone until the custom case came). Felix ordered a replacement glass/edge which came the next day. I set up an appointment time and Felix replaced the old screen/edge while I waited - about an hour wait. I couldn't be happier. Now off to buy that...
