Unbelievable! I ordered a flower arrangement on line for a birthday gift (82 year old mom). When it arrived it was completely OPPOSITE of what I ordered. Since they neglected to call me to properly let me know that they didn't have the flowers in stock that I ordered - they took it upon themselves to deliver something completely different! No phone calls - nothing. When I got a picture of the flowers from the birthday girl I was beyond upset. When I called the florist, they told me to return them or to have the birthday girl return them for a credit. Since I live over 2 hours away and I didn't want to inconvenience the birthday girl - they came to pick it up and they NEVER delivered the correct arrangement. When I insisted on my credit after numerous text messages and phone calls, I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. DO YOU KNOW WHY? I NEVER GOT MY CREDIT!!! They sent me a credit via email to the WRONG credit card holder! You can only imagine my frustration. Can you imagine ordering a gift and the company picking it up and taking it away and NOT replacing it? Most people would give you another delivery that is similar to what was requested - NOT Bountiful Gardens! I am just not certain that they understand the meaning of...

I stood in line for about 20 minutes with a very heavy plant. When somebody finally had a chance to help me, she asked for my phone number since I was part of the loyalty program. I started to give her my number, and then she started to help another customer. When she was done with them, I started to give her my number again, and she cut me off to tell me that she didn’t hear anything beyond the 908. At this point, I roll my eyes and ask if I can just pay for the plants. My arm was killing me, I was freezing, the guy behind me in line had stepped on me 3 times and the plants were for my mother’s grave, I just wanted to get out of there.

She chastises me that it’s Mother’s Day and she doesn’t need this. I put the plants down and walked out. She’s put out that I had to repeat my number 3 times and 15 minutes later my arm still hurts. I agree with her, no one needs this.

Bountiful Gardens Lawrenceville provided the flowers for my local barn wedding this June, and they did a beautiful job! Lisa & Gicela graciously fit my order in last minute, and they provided my bridal bouquet, as well as bridesmaids' bouquets, posies for the mothers, a boutonnière for our officiant, eucalyptus garlands, large planters for our ceremony site, and individual flower stems so that my family and I could assemble our own mason-jar centerpieces. Everything was gorgeous, especially the bouquets. Gicela kindly fit my mom and me in for a consultation the week before the wedding, and she was very patient and knowledgeable.
