Varsity Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

First time here today, ordered online with special instructions on how I liked my food, food was made exactly how I asked, cold sandwiches were fresh and delicious, no soggy paper thin tomatoes, nice thick fresh vegetables, thin sliced and tasty deli meat, chicken fingers were a good size and received them still hot and tasted great, sauces were very good, I recommend the honey mustard and bar b q, cheeseburger was dressed well, hot as well, fresh crisp vegetables and surprisingly reasonably priced, order wasn't on time it was a few minutes early and still nice and hot on a cold day was a big extra, staff were very friendly and took time to help with anything I needed even though they were very busy. Excellent lunch and dinner for later I got there today and they can expect me back a few times a week, definitely check this place out, didn't try the pizza yet but they had a large choice of slices and they smelled great and looked even better, looking forward to trying...

Wow! This place is a gem! Not only did I feel super safe, as all employees and customers were wearing masks, but the pizza and wings were killer. I was thrilled to find out that they make their gluten-free pizza dough in-house, and it is the bomb! The crust is thin and crispy and has excellent flavor. I ordered the pizza verde, gluten-free, of course, and added ricotta cheese. Indeed, it is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. My husband built his own pizza with a traditional crust and loved it. The wings were great too – flavorful and juicy, and they came with several pieces of celery instead of just two (like a lot of places). Thank you to the staff for making this first eating-out experience since Covid19 began a real winner! We will be back every time we pass through...

Stopped by for lunch w/ my GF. We’ve always have driven past but never have stopped to try, we gave it a shot and were disappointed we got some slices, 1 plain 1 sausage 1 mushroom 1 penne pasta and a order of fries Tomato sauce seemed thick like it was canned and pizza was thin and floppy, the pasta pizza did not have any flavor and was oily we jeujed it up with some parm garlic and red chili but it didn’t rlly help. The order of fries was small and not salted ( may be a plus for some people ) we were hungry it wasn’t bad enough that we couldn’t eat it but don’t think I’d come back Service wasn’t bad pretty typical for...
