Fedelos Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

I would give this place 4 stars if it wasn't for a very particular delivery driver I had from this place. The food is awesome, don't get me wrong. I live about 20 minutes from this place, and honestly, was surprised myself when I saw that they delivered to where I lived. Ordered from them several times and food was pretty prompt for being 20 minutes away and was still pretty decent and hadn't started to get soggy or whatever. I was greeted 2 or 3 times by a pleasant black girl who was always super friendly. The 3rd or 4th time I ordered from this place, it was about 5:20 on a Friday. 6:00 rolls around. 7:00. I call the restaurant. They say the guy is on the way. The guy didn't show up until 7:45, 2 and a half hours after I placed my order. I guess the guy got a call from his manager because he came up, irate, and asked "Do you know how far away we are?" with a nasty attitude. I'm not one to back down, but the fact that a delivery driver was snapping at me sort of caught me off guard. I sort of looked at him, eyebrow raised and said, "You're 11 miles away. I would assume no more than 30 minutes away..." to which he replied, "No, we're further," promptly turned around and left. Like alright, bud. It's a Friday. I get it. I'm sure you have orders out of your ass. I'm aware Friday rush hour is the worst rush hour day. But TWO AND A HALF HOURS? By then we didn't even want the food, and all we had simply done was called to ask where the food was at. Like I'm sorry, it does not take 2 and a half hours to prepare 2 fat sandwiches and drive 11 miles, even if it was Friday rush hour. And the fact that you snapped at me? Even when I left you about a 25% tip, conscious of the fact you had a bit of a drive? I'm also away you probably took Route 1 North most of the way, which is about 1/4 as bad as the southbound side. I've gotten home from a similar distance in 20 minutes at PEAK Friday rush hour. We haven't ordered from the place since. And the food was damn good, too. Sorry, don't have delivery drivers that don't like to drive. However, he does have a good point to some degree. This place shouldn't be delivering that far if they can't handle it. Wonder how that delivery girl handled it so much more easily. Guess we'll never know. Might give this place another try in the future,...

From start to finish Andrea was a joy. I had received a menu in the mail and I was definitely curious. I ordered in person and had a list that my family sent me. She was so patient with my never ending questions even though she was extremely busy. She guided me through the menu and made some suggestions of her own. Presentation was beautiful! Homemade and I emphasize homemade mozzarella sticks! Delicious!!! Not everyone was ready to eat when I got home. I popped those guys in the oven at 350 to warm them through and they still had the crisp to the outside as well as that cheese pull got the vodka sauce for dipping and slap your mama silly! Meatballs! Homemade! How can you tell? They were not something they advertise as homemade and bought a case of spongy meatballs from a food purveyor. Nice crust on the outside and perfectly moist center. I would appreciate a little more fresh herb in the mix. Caesar salad was good. The tomato, roasted pepper and fresh mozzarella was delicious just needed a little finishing salt at the end. Definitely a hidden gem and now that they are under new ownership I am definitely even more curious to try more dishes...

My family stayed in the area over this past weekend and decided to order from Fedelos. The first night the food was ok but they forgot a part of my order. The second night the food sucked, I waited over an hour for my food and AGAIN, they forgot a part of my order. The food was disgusting and cold! I call to ask them what is going on and again where is the rest of my order that I have already paid for and the girl Kelly, that was answering the phone and taking orders get nasty and hangs up on me. I call back and now I'm pissed, want to speak to a manager, she says no managers are there they are all out delivering food and ask if I wanted the rest ofy order. Well I did order it and PAID for it so yes. Another HOUR goes by and I still don't have the rest of my order, I call back she never put the order back I'm to be sent out. I made my original order at 1030 but did not get the last part of my order until 130 and I had children with me. Spoke to a "manager" who barely did anything. He didn't apologize, just nothing. I will return to the area but will NEVER order from...
