I gave my car for service with the following requests: Annual tire rotation and fluid top-ups Software updates (if any) Car wash After waiting about 1.5 hours, I received my car from a different service advisor with a report — but no explanation of what was actually done. The car wasn’t washed, and the report only shows a standard 120-point inspection. It doesn’t specify how the rotation was performed, whether fluids were topped up ( although the checklist states fluids checked), or if any software updates were checked or completed. What bothered me most was the lack of communication. A simple courtesy review at the end of the service would’ve made a big difference. This is not my first disappointing experience at this dealership. For a $75K Acura ZDX, I expected a more professional and transparent service experience — something other luxury brands handle far better.
