Nicole is very unprofessional. I picked up an online order and then drove home to find that I was shorted a sandwich that I was charged for, so I called the restaurant and spoke to Nicole and at first, all she offered to do was refund me for the sandwich, so I explained to her that I had somebody who was hungry at the moment and wasn’t going to get to eat their sandwich, so she told me to come back in and she would give it to me. When I came in, Nicole was frantically running around the restaurant doing something else and I asked an employee behind the counter to see her. The employee told her that I was there and she just kept running around doing whatever she was doing and didn’t even acknowledge me. She made me stand around and wait forever and I had to ask the employees behind the counter twice to see her. When she finally did come over to give me the sandwich, she was very unfriendly and spoke to me very fast like she was in a huge hurry to get back to doing whatever she was doing. Such unprofessionalism. As someone who’s a manager in food service myself, if I knew that I had a customer who was unsatisfied with their service, I would immediately stop what I was doing or delegate it to someone else, apologize to the customer and provide them the best customer service possible, not ignore them and make them wait around forever and then act like I’m in a huge hurry to get them out of there. Read moreIt’s truly ridiculous that with an empty drive thru, and damn near empty parking lot that my SIMPLE order is incorrect. I placed a simple order for grilled nuggets, the boy on mic repeated my order back to me. When I got to the window the girl repeated my order to me. I get home and the original fried nuggets are in my bag…… It’s ridiculous that we’re lacking simple comprehension, and not paying attention as there’s no excuse for it. Why must I be inconvenienced to drive all the way back to a store because we’re distracted and not properly doing our jobs. Then! When I come back to get what I paid for the same boy on the mic has an attitude in his tone. Insanity! I would love to know what these chic fil a workers are smoking. I called twice and left messages at the store and they didn't return my call. After a week, I called Chic-Fil-A cares, and they told me they would contact the restaurant to give feedback and they would also send a 20.00 coupon and that I should check my spam. After 4 weeks, I hadn't recieved anything. I called Chic-Fil-A cares, and they told me that they don't provide coupons, that only the independantly owned stores do, and they had already reached out to the store 3 weeks prior. No surprise that they didn't reach out to me for a third time, even with prompting from corporate. I don't leave bad reviews often, but felt that this was warranted after horrible customer service.
