The staff is very friendly and Jovanni Lopez was awesome with helping get my service transferred from another carrier when I was having major issues on my own.
He was extraordinarily patient and kept a good attitude about it despite the process taking 2 hours (long story). He continued to have a solution oriented mindset and was great with multitasking. Everyone else was eager to come chat and everyone who came by was great to talk to about things besides cell phones.
Service like this makes me appreciate the sales reps you have at this store and tells me your salesman cares about the people he working with more then he cares about the sale and you just don’t find that in many places.
Jovanni was amazing and I hope he is promoted if he isn’t a manager already. I came in the store just looking for information on the new plans to switch back over to Verizon he made it so easy and so straight forward and wasn’t pushy at all he told me it would be cheaper if my husband just added us to his plan and go unlimited I called my husband he came in and I switched that day and he even made sure I knew promotions can take one or two bills to appear on my bill and even got my husband an amazing deal on a new phone he wasn’t planning to get.
This is truly the best customer service I received. Read morePerfect place to come to if you enjoyed being lied to! I come in to buy an iPhone 14 plus and it’s apparently not in stock. So I was about to leave and the women taking care of me if that’s what you’d like to call it stopped me and said that there isn’t any stores nearby that have that phone in stock. I asked her to double check on her computer and she checked in 6 seconds and said “no it’s not anywhere your going to have to order it and wait”. I ended up ordering a phone from this location but it didn’t sit right with me so I called another store in Hamilton and they said they had it stock. She also added a new line to my account which would have charged me and put me in a 3 year contract with Verizon. This employee straight up lied to me.
