If I could give no stars, I would, any of the managers associates, gas, attendance at this store or ignorant, have no skills of their job and are rude to customers, including associates from other Wawa stores that they apparently have no idea who they are. On June 25, I was in the store to get a coffee and asked if they had the little creamers that you can take and put in as much or as little as you want your coffee when one of the associates there asked, I watched him walk into the back Refrigerator freezer and then come out and then go into where the soda milk and ice cream freezer is and came back out and said that there was no little creamers. Apparently I think it was his manager, not me and he just stared off in the space and I looked over at him And he’s got a goofy little mustache curled up at the end. The guys gotta be about 350 pounds all hanging out over his pants visibly and said oh no we don’t have any but he wasn’t gonna tell me if I didn’t ask him if there was any because I watched him act like he went to look . Later on that day being I live close by this Wawa, a little short, heavyset white girl who I believe was manager or assistant manager. I was waiting to get a sandwich like everybody else, and she walked right up behind me and yelled. Excuse me as I moved away, she walked past me like there wasn’t enough room For her and I to be in that particular space, but to be so ignorant as a representative of Wawa to holler at a customer the words excuse me like she was irritated that I was in her way I guess .
Two days before that, I was there with my daughter and she went to get gas and a gas attendant from what the manager at the time Matt had said his name was Dan, but yet said he couldn’t give his full name even though myself I’m an associate of Wawa as well as my daughter as well as my son we see this ignorance throughout this store on route one in Lawrenceville. It ain’t funny. I’ll be reporting to corporate as well as HR. These people running this store have no idea what they’re supposed to be doing and the training apparently didn’t work because they’re not using the training skills provided, when I spoke to the manager Matt about how ignorant the guest attendant Dan was, he tried to it by telling me that he’s always had good ratings from customers Apparently Dan wasn’t working this day that he abruptly and rudely came in and yelled obscenities to my daughter through...
Read moreI love Wawa, but after todays visit to this location I must say, I can not continue to bring my business to this location anymore. Every time I have been to this location it has seemed very understaffed. There is usually only one cashier and two employees at the deli station. This is the only location I have ever been to with such a small staff. It is also the only location that I have never seen the manager on duty actively on the floor. This location is a big disappointment. I am usually very patient when I arrive at this Wawa and try to plan ahead to have a couple extra minutes to account for any wait, but today after the inexcusable customer service I received today I will never step foot into this location again. I had a simple order, just a bagel with cream cheese. I had gone to go find a drink and pay for my food and by the time I had returned the food was still not ready. So I began to wait. After hearing the over beep several times, I finally watched the associate standing directly next to it take my bagel and another customers chicken nugget out. The food was clearly over cooked/burnt, however the associates payed to mind to that. They proceeded to take my bagel out of the over and instead of placing on a wax sheet like normal it was placed on the cutting board that clearly had food debris and meat slices on it. Not only is that unsanitary, but extremely revolting to a customer who is a vegetarian. At this point, I was running too late to request another bagel so I simply took my food and threw it out. I have never step foot into a Wawa with such poor customer service. I have always been under the impression that Wawa has done a fantastic job training and choosing their employees. Read moreAs I waited for my chicken breakfast burrito I watched the guy behind the counter take out the egg and throw it on the counter in a pile of black, what look like crumbs, who knows what it actually was cuz I don't! I didn't order my burrito with pepper on it only salt so I'm really hoping it wasn't pepper! I knew right away that it was for my burrito and I was correct. When it came time for me to get the remainder of my order the gentleman went looking around in a bunch of refrigerators and in the back then took a look at me again and then right back to what he was doing and I said do you have the rest of my order and he proceeds to hand me one more piece of it and I said I have two more things then he went to go grab the second thing I will not be ordering anything from behind that food counter ever again! UPDATE: the black specks are sesame seeds. There are people out there that are allergic to sesame seeds so to just have them on the counter and to throw somebody else's food on top it out without knowing if they do or do not have an allergy to Sesame seeds could kill somebody or make...
