I had the pleasure of shopping at Sephora today March 31st and I must say, Nikaleeya, the beauty advisor, made my visit truly exceptional! Over the years, I've spent thousands of dollars at different locations, but this was the first time I felt truly valued and cared for as a customer. Nikaliya greeted me warmly, listened to my needs with patience, and made thoughtful recommendations tailored to me. This is the first Sephora I’ve been to where the employees weren’t rude or overbearing. They were genuinely helpful and kind—attentive without hovering. When I looked lost, they stepped in to assist and made sure I found everything I needed. I’m not even from this area, but this will definitely be my go-to Sephora from now on. The ones near me (and in the city) are so overwhelming that I usually leave without buying anything just to escape the experience.

The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable—one of the beauty advisors (Heer) helped me pick out the perfect foundation shade and gave great tips on skincare.
