I had to recently switch service because I live in a dead zone for my previous phone company. When I went in person to this Cricket store the gentleman Kevin took very good care of me. I got some really great deals and not only that, he was extremely up front! He wasn't trying to get me to buy a bunch of extra stuff or sell me a service plan I didn't need like other companies do trying to get the most money out of you. He was very knowledgeable about all the phones and what each one of them offered. He even told me some things I was not aware of about how some of them run verses others helping me to pick exactly what I needed! He got me the best deal and even told me about some discounts they offered. In turn I have a cheaper bill for my current family plan than I did for my previous one with more bang for my buck. He was quick and accurate when it came to switching phones and of course I was even able to keep my number! I highly recommend not only Cricket but Kevin for any of your local Cricket needs. I don't want to go back if it's not necessary but I can tell you I definitely look forward to it...
