I really want to like this place because it is so close to my girlfriends house. I have had some real good experiences with certain staff in Harrison. I have been trying to get a .2 ohm coil for my Kanger Subvod. I stopped at the Lawrenceburg store Saturday for the first time. I asked the guy for a .2 ohm coil. He gave me a coil, got home and it was a .5 ohm coil. He didn't give me a receipt so I said screw it I'll get another one. Well, I go into the same store around 3 PM today(Jan 25th) and I ask for a .2ohm coil, show the girl the actual device I wanted the coil for. She gave me a 1.2 ohm coil and no receipt. I called the store and told her what happened, she said she was sorry that it was her fault, that she's supposed to ask if you want a receipt or not. I asked if I could bring it in and get the right one. She admitted that it was here fault not giving it to me, but told me I couldn't bring it in without a receipt. It's not the money really it's more of the hassle of driving all the way there for a coil just to get the wrong one twice. She said she would try to message her boss and see if I could bring it in. I think she should of exchanged the coil, since she remembered who I was. I think I will stick to the Harrison store, although she did recommend a juice and I LOVE IT !!! Triumphant Strawzilla's Milk. The employees at the Harrison store are really GREAT !!! I spend a lot of money on vaping, not fixing a small 5 dollar mistake might have cost SV thousands of my dollars over the years to come. But I'm going to give them another go. Just avoiding the Lawrenceburg store from now on, and making sure I look at what I have before I leave ! All in all, it was worth it because I have only found one other juice that I like, and today I found my favorite because of that girl. So I'm pissed and glad at...
Read moreBeen in several times within the last 10days and still out of Baby T8 coils, which is a very common coil. Studio Vapes lacks some of the popular mods, such as Aegis mods. Everyone there is friendly enough, some a little more terse than others which can be expected, as we are only human. I would rate at least 3stars-avg, but every vape shop I've been to has at least common coils or gets the coils fast. So I don't know what's up with these guys. They seem like nice people, but I'd be dishonest to potential customers to rate this vape shop more than 2 or 3 stars. Perhaps in the future my experience with this business will change my view of Studio Vapes...if I'm ever back in this part of the country. I wish the best for them, and hope they stay afloat. * Also their business img of a woman barely covered up is not representative of the place, as I have only seen dudes in...
Read moreI’ve been a customer for the last 3 years, I’ve visited many great shops in the area, and some of the great things about this shop franchise is they are very great about starter kits to start your journey to stop smoking. On top of that they have more powerful devices for people who want to turn their vaping experience up a notch. They have any flavor you could think of, from tobacco to cotton candy, to cereal... also great, knowledgeable employees who are more than willing to help with anything, even over the phone they take the time to help you with your device to the best they can (helped me many times). You can’t beat their reward system either, every 10$ you spend you get a little punch on a card, once you spend 100$ you get 20$ in store credit which is AMAZING. Didn’t mean to make this so long, but got carried away, overall 10/5 stars, worth your time,...
