Took forever, made my order wrong, and then tried to gaslight me .
I’ve always loved papa John’s to start and I absolutely love their breadsticks. I walked in at about 9:50? only two guys in there, I order my breadsticks and he tells me 10 minutes so I say okay and wait in my car I come out 15 minutes later bc ik it may be a little different sometimes yk? Not done yet, no one is acknowledging the customer at the counter and the woman waiting for her food. They don’t apologize, they don’t say your food is almost ready. 30 minutes later this guy finally brings me breadsticks and by this point I’m pretty annoyed but I’m not confrontational and I don’t like to bother Plp in the food industry bc ik it’s hectic. I open my box in the store and it’s definitely not garlic parm breadsticks, they just squeezed the stuff out on top , didn’t bother spreading it, added a ton of it too and it wasn’t cooked at all on the breadsticks. literally looks like yellow ranch all over them. So I go back inside and ask if they make it different now and he says no and I show him to atrocious food before me and then he proceeds to tell me that’s how garlic parm breadsticks always look. Read moreOrdered at 11:40am on Sunday. Picked up at 12. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ate three bites, even tried a different slice to be sure. It just tasted foul. Topping overload. What a waste of money and food. Just a terrible taste, and the amount of toppings made no sense. An avalanche of pepperoni, a gallon of sauce, barely any cheese when I asked for extra, and the crust was paper thin in some spots, even though it was supposed to be original. It was just a mess. We took it back to show the female store manager, and she was extremely rude. Never apologized at all AND she refused to even take the pizza back. She tried to force us to leave the store with it again, but we just walked out without it. She followed us outside with the box in her hand like she was going to fight over it. 😂 👎🏻 We just drove off. Super unprofessional and she should lose her job. Obviously she can’t train her employees to make a good pizza, and when someone complains she tries to fight her customers! Ridiculous. You really can’t even just say “Oops sorry!” And throw a box away? Next time I’ll be throwing these hands. But there won’t be a next time because this store sucks and I’m never...

Guy on phone ( I wish I asked for his name) said it was in the oven and will be done soon. 10pm my husband called and the guy not friendly said the order was void, what did that mean. I called back because I wanted to know if the order was canceled or what. The guy said it is in the oven and we would get the food and a refund. I asked if there were drivers vs door dash. He said they are short handed, bad day or something like that and hung up. I get bad days but sadly when you are in customer service you suck it up butter cup and be professional. If you cannot do this you need to get a new job and one that's NOT customer service . I spoke to the "manager" twice to get a refund. He said he had to contact another higher manager.
