I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I didn't have to! I went in to look at wedding dresses, and the experience was a huge disappointment from the very beginning. There is a very small selection of dresses and what is there are disgusting! They're all used dresses that are torn, stained, or extremely outdated and very high priced. There were wedding dresses wadded up on the floor and had been stepped all over. There were 2 women working at the time, and neither of them even spoke to me the entire time I was there. I weaved my way through the mess of dresses to look at the bridesmaid dresses and tons of prom dresses and made sure I could been seen by the women working. They kept on talking amongst themselves at the sewing area completely ignoring they had a customer. Honestly if I could give them a lower rate I would. Well, first of all they lost their copy of the receipt and we had to get our copy out of the car. And then they LOST my sisters prom dress that we payed for AHEAD of time. And when we were searching through their entire store and asked the women where it could be she simply said, "It's in here somewhere". She said this multiple times. I've been to Martin's Bridal and Formal many times, but I have to say it's an okay business. The lady that owns the store is 82 years old, and she's still up and at 'em. You have to give her credit for something. The place is nice, but since she's getting to the age where she can't really do many things, she has been really slow at getting dresses hemed, sewn, and fixed. She doesn't keep up with things that well, and when asked where items are that she has been loaned to fix, she replies with an "It's in here...
