Lawrenceburg Rotary — Attraction in Lawrenceburg

Recent TN Fair held here found scam run by Wyndham Resorts Timeshares and approved by Rotary fair officials. For all that entered name in contest at booth to win Kawasaki ATV...well you won't. You will, however, get a call from Wyndham Timeshares. The ATV was for display purposes only. They could have displayed a Ferrari or Learjet for all that mattered. No difference in the fine print. Rotary folks don't think you need to be told that. If you couldn't figure out that it was just a scam and didn't read the fine print, you deserve some telemarketing calls. Lots of mad fair-goers called Wyndham on the spot and even spoke to Rotary officials onsite who just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Hey, a buck's a buck. Nothing...

The playground design is great; however, definitely needs a make-over. There is some profanity written here and there, and some type of little red bugs around the trees by the playground. The restrooms are generally clean and stocked, although could use a bit of freshening. The track seems well maintained.

This park also hosts several functions throughout the year, such as the Lawrence County Fair, livestock shows, tractor pulls, and derbies.

This was the 33rd Annual Spirit of Santa held at Rotary Park. Food, singing, entertainment and an auction is held to raise money for needy children and families. The park is open year round with the exception of the pool. Our fair along with other attractions, truck pulls, concerts, car shows and other events happen at Rotary Park throughout the year.
