Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

Absolutely without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. And the most expensive. $33 for a large 3 topping and a bread stick. No, I don't want one of your "deals" because I won't eat whats in the box. I don't know why it is so hard to get a well done pizza. Well done means barely done apparently everywhere. This place just took it to the extreme. Within 20 minutes my order was done and waiting. Certainly warmer warm, so maybe they just added stuff to an old pizza. Anyway, well done was barely done. The original crust deep dish was dry and only maybe a 1/2" thick. Not to mention, since the middle of the night I have been in the bathroom. I AM STILL IN THE BATHROOM! Besides being crazy expensive and absolutely trash. The location wasn't friendly, more like give me your money and go. I had to greet them, because even the manager sitting in the booth could care less I was there. Breadsticks were also super dry and flat, not fluffy and fresh. I'd expect a lot more for $33. If you're going to sell garbage and supply no service at all, maybe drop your prices to reflect that you shouldn't be in business!

Lawrenceburg Pizza Hut USED TO serve delicious pizzas, but not anymore! Staff is friendly - once you can get them to help. Yesterday we decided to get a pepperoni pan pizza for dinner. We ordered online. When I arrived, I saw several employees in the kitchen. Four of them saw me but did not come out to give me my order for quite some time. When someone finally came out, my pizza was hot, but barely cooked/not browned at all and looked doughey. I asked them to cook it longer and they did. After cooking twice, we found that the crust was dried out, discolored and still doughey at the top layer. This was a day old crust that had not been stored correctly, making it taste stale. There was no sauce on the pizza. The cheese tasted like it was at least partly not real cheese. The pepperoni was sparse. For $12.06, we expected a pizza that tastes fresh, cooked thoroughly, with fresh ingredients. That is not what we got. We get pizzas from here often but today they were either very rushed or simply didn't care. We got two pizzas tonight-one pizza was completely missing a topping, both barely had any cheese and one had literally no toppings or anything in the middle and just sprinkles of toppings on the outside. Very disappointing especially since we order often and they're supposed to be a top pizza place. $15 on sale and it wasn't much more than bread. My husband orders from Pizza Hut at another location pretty often for work and doesn't have issues.
