bought a new french door refrigerator, less than 2 months later, control board fried ruining over $1000 in groceries. was told they would be there next day to fix, a week later they showed up, informed me they had to order a part and would be back in a week. instead of offering a loaner fridge until fixed, was told to try to borrow one from someone, because everyone i know has a spare full size fridge. was forced to go same day and lease a second brand mew refrigerator. 1st fridge never got fixed, ended up sending back.

fast forward a couple months, inflation and hour cuts at work made bills difficult. communicated with them, and also informed them that my wife was diagnosed with stage 4b lung cancer and was terminal, and that my infant daughter was having 2 back to back open heart surgeries and id be in nashville and not working as much for about 6 months, and that my payments would be as i could make them, but i fully intend to catch up afterwards as well as pay any late fees. after 6 months, i got home fully about a week ago. ive been threatened to come pick up fridge, adter i had already made payment arrangements with 2 or 3 different people there, they are calling me on and old phone number that i never gave them, instead of the one i provided to them. my wife and daughters medications are refridgerated and medically necessary, yes im still playing catch up, however for a small locally owned business, id expect a bit more compassion, i didnt ask for all these medical issues, however im making things work the best i can. late fees are no issue, i expect that. but at least have the decency to allow me to take care of my wife and daughter without worrying if i will have a refridgerator when i return, after communicating all situations, and intentions to catch up...

Such a great place! Easy to purchase from them. Fair prices and kind service. The 2 delivery men were exceptional. They took their time to ensure the fridge I purchased was exactly where I wanted it and were extra careful not to ding my walls or hurt the floor. They were just the nicest fellas I’ve ever dealt with as far as delivery men go. I was talking with my friend, Ms. Rita, and she told me about how well her experience. She wasn’t sure how to leave a review so I told her I’d be happy to add it to mine. She had a fridge delivered to her home and said that the men were incredibly kind to her as well. Swap and shop save me again. I just bought a really nice washer for $275. It runs really good. They’ve never let me down they delivered and took away my junkie one that I’ve had for eight years which flooded my whole house. But swapping shop save the day. Whenever my utilities like washer and dryer go bad I always go to them because I know I’m gonna get a great deal. Very polite. And the delivery people were absolutely wonderful. They did not leave until they hooked everything up and made sure everything was good and tested the washer in my house. I am so grateful for this...
