The Outlook — Local services in Lawrenceburg

Very expensive store. They had a good price on one pair of Brooks that I bought, but everything else was very expensive. The staff wasn't very hospitable or helpful. They were just chatting amongst themselves ( which isn't a big deal to me, however it may be important to someone else), and not very friendly when I checked out. Also I know they have security cameras, but if you go on the second level a young man will follow you up there and watch you the whole time you shop. I know it's probably to keep people from stealing, but it's very uncomfortable to have someone watch you from behind shelves. Overall, wouldn't go back, but if you aren't local it may be a good place to check out...

Returned a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. Picked out another pair that were cheaper. This happened on tax free weekend. The difference in price was not refunded along with sales tax.
