This was a total disappointment. Ordered the cheesy breadsticks & to be fair I have had both frozen, as well as sticks from several pizza chain restaurants that are far better than these. The only good thing was the dipping sauce was served warm. For the main meal, I ordered a Calzone that was supposed to contain Rocttia cheese, you would be hard pressed to find any at all in the calzone. While a calzone is supposed to be light & fluffy these were like eating a hard, stuffed pretzel.

As far as the waitstaff goes, we got the Appetizer seconds before the main meal & the server returned two minutes later to ask if everything was okay. My reply was, " I really don't know, haven't had an opportunity to try anything yet. " She only appeared one other time to refill our drinks, then brought the bill, at which time my daughter ordered a to-go order & we asked for boxes & cups to take the remainder of our meals home in, which took the server about 15 minutes to return with the boxes but no cups. They bought out the to-go order but they didn't bring the bill with that, so we had to search for our server & when she bought that bill she disappeared leading us to search for her a second time so that she could close out the sale. Needless to say the experience overall was not were good & I'm pretty sure I will not be returning to this...

I ordered a ranch base pizza with grilled chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and three cheeses. I asked the person when I ordered it., was it a brick oven fired pizza. He said yes and boy was he right! The bottom of the crust had what appeared to be ashes, ground into the dough. The dough was inconsistent in texture, and appeared to be made out of unleavened bread(plain flour). Ingredients on the pizza were very sparse: hardly any chicken, very little cheese, and the vegetables were chopped up so fine and small, I guess to make it look like it was more on there than actually was. There was very little ingredients on the pizza. What a letdown! You would think for $30 that you would get a decent pizza pie comparable to their competitors. Not so! Appeared to be a good place to go and get drunk(and I don’t drink), but I wouldn’t suggest it for food. To top it all off, the pizza was hard as a brick, and you could hardly chew it. I threw over half of it in the garbage, after giving it to my dog, who would not touch it. I...

The service was a little lax. When we arrived the receptionist was sitting there and we still stood for like 5 minutes and there was only a couple of tables already sitting, no one else waiting to be. When we got set the server was quick to respond and take our order and attentive throughout the whole meal. I felt as dead as they were that it took a long time to receive our food. The food was ok nothing great about and the proportions relative to price was considerably small and I had the calzone and it wasn't much bigger than a hot pocket. The crust was slightly overcooked and dry wasn't my cup of tea. I guess you could say. But I guess that's just how they do theirs my son's pizza. Honestly Domino's was better. I enjoy the rising crust in Florence and I was kind of hoping it would be somewhere along those lines but not even close. I doubt I will ever go back unless...

I am all about some craft pizza, and The Pie Factory has delivered on point! Thin style crust, just like how I like it. The Muscle Shoals Sound is a double layered pepperoni (and lots of them) with extra cheese. It was awesome!! The Cassius Clay is a BBQ sauce pizza with grilled pineapple and pork tenderloin, holy cow it was great!! The other pizza pictures are a cheese and the Old Faithful - which was actually not what we ordered, but the staff was very friendly and quick to correct. If you like pizza, you need to give Pie Factory a try. Unique pizza and very good. I was very happy and will return for sure!

Awesome experience. Sometimes, it's hard to find anything open on a Sunday night in the South when living on the road. It's usually fast food or Walmart chicken. I was so happy to find Pie Factory was open. The food was amazing, Cheesy-bread, Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone and a Two-Five-Six pie. Lots of leftovers, a little drinky-drink for the wife, and a great experience. The food came out quick and hot (put that ranch on EVERYTHING). Our server, Rylee, was very sweet and helpful. I was happy to find out they have other locations in Northern Alabama, I'm sure we'll be back.

Where to start? We walked in and were warmly greeted. We were sat at our table and our server came over and took our drink order, Lexie was very friendly and was sassy back to my boyfriend, who likes to give servers a funny hard time. We felt at home right away. When Bryce, the manager, came out to do a "table touch", it was very wonderful conversing with him. Oh!! The pizza is good. The on tap beer was COLD and refreshing. After we finish our pizza we walked the square and then went back. Lexie, Bryce, Meagan and crew are amazeballs! This place ROCKS!!!
