By and large, this place is worth trying if you're in town. The food on the regular menu has been average on the worst visits and great on the best ones.
The issue for me, and it could just be me, was the food quality on the visit this time. There was a 15 minute wait before we were seen by our waitress, but she was the only one taking orders, so I'm not counting that toward the overall review. The waffles for one of the items were out of stock by the time of this visit, so we went with plan B.
I tried the cheese omelet charcuterie board, and it genuinely didn't have anything worth eating on it. The toast had gone full crouton, the potatoes were cold, the sausage dry, the bacon bland, the cheese omelet was of questionable consistency, the biscuit dry and bland, the bologna was alright, the country ham was dry but tasted decent, and the pancakes were overcooked to where they were a weird vanilla wafer/pancake hybrid. I went with another person, and neither myself or the other person wanted to finish it. It seemed like most of the items had either been cooked from frozen or weren't freshly made that day.
I was craving something off the regular menu when I first arrived (the jalapeño-bacon grilled cheese is killer), but it was brunch menu only until 2pm. Only time I've come across a brunch only menu after lunch. Odd choice to enact this policy.
It just seems like if you're going to request customers order from 6 items instead of the full, or perhaps even a Sunday condensed, menu, you'd do those 6 items well. I left hoping this was a one-off and not the standard Society has...

I've eaten at this place probably a half dozen times. Not one time was I disappointed. I will typically try whatever special they are serving. Since I've traveled alot of countries, food is a huge part of who I am. Understanding what makes certain dishes different from an American made recreation of a foreign dish is critical when trying to enjoy a Korean Ramen. Luckily, this restaurant has delivered so many amazing dishes its unreal. It seems like they never fail.
My wife always, and I mean always orders the salmon. Now, I'm not a fan of the white wine sauce, but that's just preference. That's not saying it isn't good. I will get a burger, or a special. I can honestly say with every ounce of my being, you will not be disappointed if you are not going I expecting this establishment to serve a 27 course meal, and go in expecting an above average meal.

Read moreHad a terrible dining experience, I ordered a side garden salad to go with my Philly and whenever it was delivered it had multiple cucumbers in it with mold spots, not just one but MULTIPLE. I told my waitress and she said she would tell the manager... never once did the manager come over to offer an apology for the moldy food nor did I get a credit for a $3.99 moldy salad. In my opinion, it’s very unprofessional when a restaurant makes a major mistake like that for someone of upper management to not approach the customer and offer condolences at the least, THEN my husband got the wrong side order he ordered the Brussel sprouts and was served fried okra, they only had one waitress on staff for a Friday night so instead of waiting until he saw her again (which wasn’t very often due to short staffing) he ate the okra so we wouldn’t be there all night but he didn’t finish and made sure to tell our waitress, who checked her ticket log and confirmed he had indeed Ordered the sprouts she just replied she “was sorry” but then again nothing was really done about it not even going to mention my husbands medium rare steak was over done by that point we were just...
