WOW! (and not in a good way) This place right here! We went here for a birthday party event yesterday, the worst experience for the guests and the hosting parents. I wanted to cry so bad for the host because of the way the party went.

So, let’s start with my experience. The check in is a huge cluster. The line was out the door and people just standing around. I finally got someone after 20mins to check in and the employee said I didn’t sign a waiver. I had proof that I did it last week. Then said I didn’t have my children on the waiver. Then just stared at me. Didn’t offer help or anything. I checked my email and bam there was my waiver with my children. She took my phone, rolled her eyes and said fine just go in.

These employees and managers are the rudest and most aggressive people I have ever see at any establishment. It got so bad that they were verbally pushing our host and customers for a physical altercation. Our host had to tell them to leave the room and go because of the way they were being towards her in front of all the children. These employees 100% hate their jobs and are not suitable to be employed at a children's play center.

Now on to the facility: This place needs a deep cleaning bomb ASAP. It smells like vomit and pee everywhere including the party room. It was so bad that my child asked to leave because the smell was so strong in the play area. This place needs a whole overhaul from employee training to a deep...

I would not recommend this Catch Air in Dacula! This place is a joke! All they care about is money! We booked 2 months in advance. Promised a room for 2hrs when we booked, we arrived 15 min early, when checking in, we were told we have the room for 30min. WTH? They overbooked! This was booked for my granddaughters birthday party ( whole classroom ) and everyone is having to stand around until a room is ready. Standing around now for over 1 hour and still no room ready! No way, we can enjoy the party within 30 min. Lied to and mislead! BEWARE…. Make sure everything is recorded when booking!

UPDATE: To the owners response. That is NOT what we were told and you know that. It takes 30 min just to set up, which we did our selves no help from your staff. Having our party stand at the entrance for over an hour is ridiculous because no one told us the kids can go ahead and play and having your manager summons my daughter to the front once we were all in the room just to yell and put his hands in her face and having her come back crying is unacceptable. He ( your manager ) made so many promises and never went thru with them because HE was upset. We can go back and forth and get nowhere. At the end of the day… this whole situation should have never happened, your manager, family member or whoever he was/is should never be able to deal with customers ever again. We've been visiting Catch Air randomly for a few years now, and I can confidently say it's the best indoor playground around! It's always immaculately clean, the staff is consistently friendly, and the no time limit on play makes it an incredible value. Safety is a top priority with their stamp matching system, and I love that they've struck a perfect balance between interactive screens and active play.

One thing I truly appreciate is their reasonable approach to the no outside food or drink policy-as a family with some food sensitivities, it's nice that they aren't overly rigid. We've seen people complain about the "no outside food" policy, but we've never had an issue. I bring fresh fruit for my kiddos who need it and always purchase food from their snack area too. Please continue to be flexible in this area, it really makes it so much easier on families.

We took advantage of their $1 pizza deal with kids' admission for Thursdays in March, and it was such a great value! We played for 4.5 hours, the kids each had pizza and ice cream, and the total was around $60 for our family of six-you really can't beat that! Parent admission was free and we have a baby that was also free.

It's the ultimate kid-friendly place, and honestly, if it weren't so far from us, we'd be members in a heartbeat... and we still might because it's just that good! 10/10 recommend for families looking for a fun, safe, and affordable way to burn off...
