Iāve decided to post a review here since emailing the company does nothing. We live close to this location, so itās convenient for us, which is why we had continued to order. The last two times Iāve ordered there have been issues with the quality of the food, as well as the temperature Of it. No response from anyone at Little Caesars! I emailed the corporate office!
This time they apparently gave our original order away, so they had to remake it., Which meant we had to wait. I ordered, and my husband went to pick up. I ordered a Detroit style meat, lovers pizza. When we got home, it was cold, it looked like it had barely been cooked because the dough was gooey. It was the smallest Detroit style pizza I had ever seen, it had mostly mushrooms on it. not a lot of meat, and almost no vegetables, other than the mushrooms. This owner (itās a franchise),must have low standards for employment. No one in there seemed to care. Unfortunately, after all these years, we will no longer order from them and Iām discouraging anyone else thatās thinking about ordering from them, to reconsider and go somewhere else. When a customer complains to the main corporation and receives no communication back, you know that no one cares about the quality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to work at this very location when it first opened in 2009 and today I was feeling quite nostalgic and decided to swing by to satisfy my craving for pizza and Italian Cheese Bread. There was one car waiting in the drive thru when I arrived and I had ordered through the app for it to be ready in the pizza portal. I had arrived before the time my pizza was ready and was greeted and helped by two young employees. I understand that since the pandemic a lot of restaurants who had 'build to' guides from the previous years sales records are now making everything to order in order to prevent waste or customer complaints but thee are a lot of customers that do not understand this concept and thus so complain about long wait times. I explained to Brooke, one of the employees that helped me, that I previously worked there fo years and understood the wait time and thanked her for making sure she got the order to me. I'm glad to see that the store is still doing well under the new ownership and I believe that Brooke deserves to be recognized for great customer service (and quite possibly a raise). I'll be making sure to stop by more frequently...

Last 5 experiences: 1.) I get a charred pizza, as in "cuts the roof of your mouth" hard. Whatever, I'm hungry and it's just me eating it this time. 2.) Wife stops there. After 50 minutes, asks for money back. Is offered free crazy bread, but told there's no bread available...and would have to wait. 3.) Wow, actually operated the way they should! 4.) Wife tries again, after 30 minutes, gets money back and walks out. No pizza for dinner. 5.) Tonight I want a pie and I get there to see the same scene. People standing outside waiting, drive thru with cars stacked. After listening to three songs, seeing a new guy walk in and watch his demeanor change when talking to one of the empty handed staff and realizing the car behind me left, I decided to bail as well and drive further out to the Hamilton Mill location. Got my pizza in less than 5 there at the drive thru.
If this place has any management, color me surprised. I'm done with...
