Last night 6/6 I went to the Grayson Hwy location. I place my order online and literally after I placed it I went in and asked if my food can be made to order. Due to previous visits my food not being fresh. The guy that was at the front went back and let the cooks know and AJ (this is what she said corporate knows her by. She light skinned, petite, with Gold grills on her top teeth) proceeds to say to the other cook next to her. That if I wanted fresh food I need to go to American Deli. I looked at her and said EXCUSE ME give me a refund and I’ll definitely leave and go to American Deli. And advised her she should find another place to work if someone asking for fresh food bothers her. So proceeded to give me my refund in cash but it took her 8 mins to be exact becuase she didn’t know how to refund me back in cash. So as she was figuring I told her the amount of time it’s taking you to figure my refund out would of been the same amount of time it would of took to make sure my food was fresh!
I know for a fact whoever hired her did not hire her to be rude and unprofessional and she needs to find a job that fits her unprofessional personality and if she’s in a management position and I’m assuming she is because she was the only one that could give me my refund she needs not to be in the...
Read moreI wasn’t going to leave a review but I really think either management or corporate has to work on time & workers attitude. I have been here only two times & both have been bad. If food is going to be taking 20-30 more for it to be ready from our pick up time , that should be taken into consideration & pick up time should be given way later , so people aren’t upset for sitting and waiting so long. Being there , there was a Hispanic person asking me for help to translate how much longer the food would take , which I told her how to say it , but she said it improperly & a worker rudely said HUH? So she said it again but in Spanish. Now being that she’s doing this for DD or Uber eats , she didn’t want to get bad remarks for taking to long with the food , so I can underStand her being annoyed for being there 20+ for an order. It’s a shame to see such a pretty young lady have such a nasty & ugly attitude. She went on & on about how she shouldn’t be complaining because it’s not her food & that she didn’t think she would want uncooked chicken & then she had the audacity to yell out “you’re in America , speak English” that’s what ticked me off. I love flats but didn't select all flats, thinking I'm gonna get a nice mix of at least 5 flats. Joke was on me. I got ONE flat out of TEN wings. Overall the food was good enough for me to want to go a 2nd time but I noted I would select the extra cook time for the wings next visit. So, I went back this weekend. This time, selecting all flats and extra well done for my wings. Same flavors as 1st visit. (Got seasoned fries both times). So this time, my mango habanero wings were barely sauced. I'm not sure if that was the last they had or what. I've never had wingstop wings with a wet sauce that some of the sauce didn't even cover the bottom of the plate. Maaaan, I was mad!! And the well done cook option seems like their regular/barely cooked option. 🤦🏽♀️😵💫 I have had no issues with customer service each time/friendly staff but between these 2 visits, not overly impressed and not make me want to come back.
