Served me 2 philly steak and cheese subs. 1 of which was CONSIDERABLY less filled. The cashiers and cooks all agreed.
However, the manager who was also the location owner did not. We all watched as he raised his voice at me and then laughed in my face at the request of an equally portioned philly.
The owner then picked through and remove the filling of the noticeably lesser filled sub...He placed them near my face and said âitâs the sameâ (in a brash tone) .. Finally tossing the fillings back in the bun and sliding the box to me in refusal to help. The location owner walked out of the store laughing at my request.
The cashiers told me, they would give me a refund but the owner would not allow them to have another one made or issue a refund. I literally sat there like, what is going on?!
One of the cashiers told me, he is just rude that way and is like that to everyone.
I was very polite...and was really confused as to why he was being so rude. When the owner left, I sat on the edge of the counter waiting for my issue to be resolved. Thankfully, another manager came from the back and was able to help me. They were very polite.
The cashiers apologized to me for the location owners behavior. However, you should not have someone so rude and disrespectful running one of your locations. Please address this issue.

   Read moreDecent turn around time considering it was Christmas Eve. We were able to entertain our kids while we waited and they didnt get to restless. But the employees were yelling at friends who were walking out the door and following them out to show people stuff on their phones while they had a room full of customers waiting on orders, so it came off very unprofessional. I could have over looked that, but when they returned back inside they continued talking about the "friends" very loudly and carrying on behind the counter.... moving on from the drama and gossip being openly displayed in front of everyone... the wings were the smallest I have ever gotten from this location, also you could tell the wings were overly cooked when precooked because of how dry and tough they ended up. I'm not against precooking as I know its necessary for fast food service on busy days. But those were just not good.
I will say we have visited this location like 4 times in 2 months because of pregnancy cravings. And it's never been this bad. Whoh is why we havent returned since. I'm still craving wings but we've been going elsewhere.
I wont say I wont return because they have had better days. But it did leave a bad taste in my mouth for the time so it will...
   Read moreI ordered a tenderloin combo. The fries were hard, & the tenderloin tasted like fish. When I received it. It looked fish @ 1st when I received my order. So I tasted it to make sure. My palette is very sensitive to taste. I asked the young lady who assisted me if this was fish b/c it tasted like fish. She said, "No, I had tenders earlier that day.
I am 99.99% sure they cooked those tenderloin in fish oil b/c it tasted that way + the grade of the chicken has changed as well. It tasted like fish & looked like fish until tore it apart to check it. After experiencing this, I will NEVER go back to this location.
This why society is getting sick b/c the fast food industry is hurting the consumers who are supporting their business. I can cook better than the crap I received. How do you hurt the hand that is feeding you? Without the consumers or the clientel American Deli & other restaurants will not exist. QUIT BEING CHEAP WITH FOOD GRADE PRODUCTS. NO ONE WANTS IMITATION FOOD. WE WANT FRESH FOOD.
Again, I will NEVER GO BACK to this location or probably will support any other American Deli. VERY DISAPPOINTED &I AM STILL HUNGRY...
