The absolute worst Bk experience I've ever had! I ordered the whopper meal for two and a cheeseburger kids meal. There was a couple of cars ahead of us, one behind and one customer at the counter (i looked in when going to the drive thru). I asked for my food to be cooked fresh and told the drive thru person I didn't mind waiting. She said ok. I also asked for cheese on both whoppers and no onion, no tomato on one. We got to the window in a decent amount of time and recieved our drinks first. My friend tasted her drink and immediately said something about it wasn't right. I asked to have it replaced with something else while we waited for our food. The drive thru attendant happily replaced the drink (i didn't taste mine). We received our food and I pulled forward to check to make sure everything was ok. We immediately noticed the fries were not hot. My friend checked her burger and saw that it only had a patty with a mound of mayo slathered across it

The first big strike, it was around 5-6pm, and my husband went to grab some burgers from them, and when he went through the drive-thru they out right told him they weren't taking orders. As he drove past, he said he saw at least half a dozen employees just sitting around inside.
The latest incident, my husband and I tried the drive-thru around 9pm. We ordered a family meal with a coupon and were asked to wait 10 minutes. No problem. We drive around, pay for our meal (no receipt given), and are asked to park in the handicap spot near the drive-thru since there was already one person waiting near the window. 10 minutes passed, and more and more people are parking and waiting with no one coming out to talk to any of us. After 15 minutes, my husaband and I started wondering what was happening. After 20 minutes, we decide to wait inside because we were wasting gas waiting. When we stepped in, 3 employees were standing around and basically refusing to talk to anyone. One of them was on the phone, and if anyone tried asking questions she would hold up a finger and shush them. After 25 minutes, my husband and I decided we just needed to go elsewhere. He asked if i had the receipt, at which point I realized I was never handed one. I checked my car, just in case, and by the time I came back a manager showed up and finally tried sorting some of the chaos. At the 30 minute mark, we told her we still hadn't gotten our food, only for her to realize they hadn't even made it. It took another 7 minutes, but we finally got a refund and left.
Tl;dr, we ordered did and it took nearly 37 minutes to be told we weren't getting food and to get a refund.
Not sure what is happening here, but you're better off...

Today this burger king missed a travelers order. 2 orders of fries and a drink. (They had us pull up to wait) . Heres how to take an order. 1. Ask the customer what they would like. 2. Prepare those items. 3. Give the customer what they ordered.
I'm not sure where the break down tends to happen? Looking at my receipt, I see that step 1 was successful, kudos to the cashier. Step 3 has to own it this time I think. Tips: Look at the screen , look in the bag. Do the items on the screen match the items you're handing the customer? Yes? Great job, hand the items to the customer, you're awesome! No? No problem, find out which item(s) is/are missing and get them. Do they match now? No? Too many items? Take the extra items away, don't want to hurt the bottom line! Wait a second, the customer gave you a tricky one, they ordered dipping sauce! I know, I know... you're used to ignoring the line that says "ketchup" or "honey mustard" but I assure you it's English and the customer really does want it when they take the time to order it. BONUS: did they order 100 chicken nuggets? Maybe given the circumstances they require more than 1 packet of ketchup. You see, a packet of ketchup provides coverage of maybe 2-3 nuggets, but you have 100! You'll need more ketchup! Use the worksheet found on page 64 to calculate the ketchup needs.
