Nail Gallery — Local services in Lawrenceville

So this is my only "nail place" I go to. I've been to others and they were ok but for me this place has been the best. There have been some bumps in the road but I have figured things out. There are really only two technicians that are awesome right now, Sophia and Angie. Nia does great with Pedi's. I have gotten to know the owner over time and much like other businesses not everyone they hire are great or even good. It is hard to find a great technician and the ones she does hire sometimes don't want to listen to her training tips so they usually don't last long. She tries to give them a chance but that doesn't always work out. I understand this because I have been in charge of a business with 20+ employees. You may have the best intentions to run a great business but there will always be employees who couldn't care less. You have to weed through a lot of bad to find the good. As far as people talking about the wait time, well if you go during certain times and you don't make an appointment....yeah you're going to wait. This is no different from other places. I make an appointment for a specific person and I schedule my appointment on law traffic days or times. Yes I work a full time job and a mom of two so I have to finagle my schedule however it reduces the wait time and ensures I get the technician I want and the great work I am paying for. I am sorry to hear others have a bad experience. Some of those service I never had so I can't comment on. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because she doesn't have enough great technicians but I know the owner is trying to resolve this. Once it's resolved then they will get...

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! The decor is very nice. Its very deceiving because you think you're gonna get high quality care. I tired this place out for the first time to get my lashes done. I had to ask the lady several times to fill in different spots that looked patchy and she got an attitude when I had to speak up. I noticed that after she was done she put what appeared to be black liquid eyeliner on the brim of the lashes. She took forever and i needed to get to work. When i got home i looked at the top (eyelid) where she had installed the lashes and saw that the majority of the lashes were glued to my eyelid NOT placed individually on my own lashes and it was all lifted up. I could feel the end points of every lash. They are extremely hard and stiff and within two days one side started falling off. Day 4 the left side lash completely fell off and the right side is still glued like hell to my eyelid and some of my lashes.

Update: I go into this place today asking them to atleast remove the lash thats stuck on and he tells me shes not here. Come back at 6pm (its currently 11am....its gray and rainy and I'm driving around with sunglasses on) i ask for the owner and he claimed that she was the owner. Today is May 8th 2025 I had a very long day and really needed to treat myself to getting my hands and feet done I really appreciate how welcoming this salon was and patient with me even though I was running very late. I used to have really bad anxiety revolved around getting my nails done due to me having scars on my feet and legs staff at other salons would even laugh or make me feel uncomfortable while they would do my feet so it would discourage me from going back to nail salons but at gallery nails Lilli and Tan did a beautiful Job not only at making me feel welcomed and comfortable but they both took their time on my hands and feet He didn’t try to convince me to get anything I didn’t need like other nail salons he performed a perfect job and did exactly what I wanted the first time Lilli did an excellent job on my spa pedicure all of my anxiety went away as a woman of color it’s so crucial for us to feel comfortable and welcomed when we are in nail salons but we also truly appreciate quality services this is the place if you would like great quality services with quality realistic prices In new to Georgia and found my new nail Salon thank you so much Gallery nails for making feel look and feel beautiful again I really enjoyed and needed this...
