I've used them on 3 different jobs in the past 6 months, to engrave 8 insulated metal cups, some brass award plaques and some designs engraved in plexiglass to be used for 2 organizations I am with. In every case their work was perfect, even on the curved surface of the cups. The job was ready in a much shorter time than I expected and at a better price than I had hoped for.
