If I based my rating off of my last experience, I'd rate the quality as Poor-Fair. Last year I had a great experience with a girl who used to work there named Ashly. She did my hair twice and both times it was excellent! When she left, I didn't go back to Teeze until a month and a half ago. Big mistake on my part since it was the height of the prom season so all the salons were being booked up. I walked in to try and make an appointment for the next day and was barely greeted at all. The woman acting as receptionist was in the process of getting her nails done and asked me to give her a moment to have her hand finished. This should have been my first inclination to just walk out and try elsewhere. When I was finally able to tell her I wanted an appointment, she had to call a stylist to see if she had any openings (no big deal). I was asked if I wanted a 9 o'clock or an 11 o'clock appointment because either one would work for the stylist, I chose the 9'clock. I was practically shooed away once the appointment was made so the lady could go back to getting her nails done. Fast forward to the next morning when I show up to my appointment 10 minutes early (just in case she could get started earlier than planned). There was no one in the parking lot, no one in the store. I thought "Well maybe my stylist is coming in early for my appointment and she's just running behind. I'll wait for a bit to see if someone shows up to open the salon." I waited outside for 30 minutes past my appointment time and no one ever came. I didn't know what the normal hours were since they aren't posted outside, so I left. As a business, you should make your customers feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing you for their needs. I was blown off and I don't plan on going back to Teeze because of that experience, even though the stylists are great, especially Cheryl who had done my hair and my mother's hair for years at...

The receptionist was really nice and friendly, but my stylist treated me like an inconvenience, didn't wash my hair before cutting it despite agreeing to do so when we scheduled the appointment and stopped mid-cut to put me on hold to go talk to one of her regular customers who wasn't even there to receive any service. My biggest regret was leaving a tip, which I only did to avoid an awkward confrontation.
To make matters worse, she didn't even cut my hair the way I asked and left it with a lot of uneven cuts.
