I normally don't have a bad experience with Firehouse subs but this particular visit they were training a new cashier. I gave him my order and asked him for no ranch on my sandwich and when I got my sandwich it had ranch on it. I don't know if it was his mistake because he didn't omit the ranch or if it was the person preparing the sandwich who didn't pay attention to the fact that the cashier marked no ranch whichever it was, I got ranch and I didn't want it.
Establishments that prepare people's food should be more careful with people saying omit this or omit that because they could be telling you to omit something because they are allergic, had I been allergic to ranch and I just took my sandwich and bit into it thinking, I was getting what I ordered I could have went into anaphylactic shock!
If it was the training cashier, the young lady that was standing beside him doing the training should have been verifying that he was doing everything that he needed to, however if it was the person that prepared my sandwich he should pay more attention to what's being put...
Read moreThe girl who took our order clearly was not interested in doing her job nor doing it with any sort of gusto or customer service. She had attitude the entire time she spoke, huffed a lot and seemed to get frustrated when we could barely hear her or weren’t moving fast enough to get our cards back. She went to clean the seating area and swept one table, leaving the rest of the lobby to look horrible and dirty, also not wiping tables or chairs. Whenever we are, we watched her sweep dirt under the soda machine instead of picking it up. Then, when I asked for a box for the rest of my meal, she slammed down the box and rolled her eyes at me. Read moreSo my kid got a card for a free sub with a fire hat, from firehouse subs. We ordered her free meal and found out they were out of the hats. When we pulled up to the window the Shift Manager, named Hoss, took down my contact information. She said that they will contact me as soon as they get more hats. To my surprise, within 30 minutes I received a phone call from their General Manager, Justin. Justin made his way from across town to deliver the FireHouse hats.
