I came into the W. Lebanon, NH location with a dead car battery that was still under warranty and had died while the vehicle had sat for 6 weeks. I was unable to get it to take a charge since it was so low. The person who I assume was the manager kept asking me in an accusatory manner what had happened to it to which I kept saying "nothing, it has just been sitting for 6 weeks". He tested the battery and told me it was no good and couldn't be covered under warranty because it must have been caused by my vehicle. He did not offer to charge it or try anything else, then asked if I just wanted to just dispose of it there which I did not. He acted like it was going to cost him money out of his own pocket to replace it. 0-1 Stars for this location. I then took it to the Concord, NH location for another opinion. There I was met by a very helpful employee (the manager was in the back) who also tested the battery. He told me the test showed that it needed a charge and to be tested again and offered to do that. It was going to take several hours so I left it with them until the next day. When I returned the battery was mostly charged (they did not want to leave it on the charger overnight) and he said it just needed more but the test showed the battery to be fine. I have finished the charge and it seems to be holding fine. 5 Stars for Concord for...

Read moreAVOID for phone repairs.
We went for a screen replacement.
They installed a white screen cover instead of black screen cover because the black glass cover was not in inventory. The phone looked terrible as the button color did not match.
That's the good part.
They also offered a battery replacement and they bricked the iPhone. The phone is now unusable.
Employee said that it's a common mistake that they install the wrong battery for the iPhone SE but could not fix the now damaged phone after going back the next day.
While they did offer to find a used replacement iPhone SE for the 100$+ "repair fee" (they claimed it was 64GB I had to find the paperwork to show it was 128GB) I would avoid this place for any screen or...
