Em + Kate Boutique — Local services in Lebanon

I was so excited to find a nice baby boutique that was actually local. I was incredibly excited to pick up the Nuna exec car seat and bought it online for next day pick up. I called the next day (twice) to no one picking up. After I called a third time, I asked politely if my order was ready for pickup (since their website says it’s ready in 24 hours). I was then informed not only will it not be ready(for atleast a week) they no longer carry the specific color that I purchased. The woman on the phone was completely unapologetic, leaving me on hold for 5-10 minutes to go check that what I was saying was true. Apparently, they don’t know what was on their site as their policy. I was never even offered an apology for any of the inconvenience… save your disappointment and just go to a big box store. At least you’ll have what you ordered at...
