Polly Sparrow has brought a wonderful new addition to the Lebanon Town Square! For years the square lacked business, let alone a bakery making insanely tasty treats.

The Italian Monkey bread is my favorite, it’s so savory and fluffy- so great. I’m a scone lover and I haven’t had a flavor I didn’t like. The croissants and tarts are now one of our regular treat during our regular “Hot Girl Walks” on Saturdays.

Kelly, the owner, makes folks feel so welcome- and not just in her fantastic service, but in deeper ways like celebrating my pups 10th birthday and learning her name and sharing a treat or two.

We’re so happy to have Polly Sparrow and I can’t wait to order a cake for my wife’s birthday in January.

I’ve been to the Polly Sparrow Bakery dozens of times and never once been disappointed.
