Very unhelpful University office faculty make the process of getting any information from FAFSA and SA very hard and rarely answer their phones. I have already transferred, but am still struggling with transcript problems from last year because they are unable to send over simple documents. This campus is old, unkept, and overall not worth the tuition. Many other small schools have more to offer. That being said, there are few teachers (in the biology program) that are superb and do their jobs and more. It’s a shame that such talent and dedication is wasted because of the general work ethic. I am enrolled in the online MBA program and applied here earlier in the summer. It was the easiest process applying, registering, paying, and getting textbooks. Faculty and staff are super fast to answer emails, and are always helpful. I've had so many issues at my past university dealing with their rude and unhelpful staff if they actually ever answered their phones or email. I wish I went here for my undergrad. I've just started, but so far I'm very happy and optimistic about how things will go here. I was visiting watching a Soccer Game. It was a 2 hour drive. I am a Military Veteran and have a Service dog. The campus security had nothing better to do on a Sunday then to hurrass me. I could not have my dog there I needed to go outside the gates. I told them she was service and explained I was a Veteran. They did not care. Then the lady who is in charge.
