Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Lebanon

My family and I came here tonight after we finally got through the Christmas lights in the park. It was around 8:30 When we have arrived. The moment we walk through the door, the lady at the register (I did not catch her name) told us that they are not making anymore pizza tonight because they close at 10. She did not bother to apologize and Was very rude. 😑😑 seriously? It takes you people an hour and a half to clean up some pizza pans? I have worked in food service and customer service for many years now and every boss I have ever had always told us that you keep serving until we close the doors or 15-20 minutes before. This left our family very angry considering how long we just waited in line for the Christmas lights. Not to mention there were several people still eating in the lobby that all deserved fresh people. This causes a loss in business. Good thing we are not local because our business would have been lost...

Fairly typical cicis. Not terrible, not amazing. I will say they kept the buffet full. Staff were all nice. Tea was good. Plates and utensils were clean. Like most cicis the floor looks like it could use a solid scrub. The bathroom needs a good clean. Being on a road trip I've seen worse bathrooms this week but I'd rate this fairly low.

The thing that really got me was that one of the claw machines had a very tiny sign hiding at the bottom at the toys saying the machine was not working correctly. But the machine was still lit up and would still move. So multiple people put their money in and got nothing. Besides being small, it was in English only and a lot of the people were Hispanic and/or children. You would think they would unplug a malfunctioning machine instead of allowing it to continue taking coins. I did move the sign over the token slot but some kids just...

The worst ever. Started with the bathroom. Toilet paper dispenser wouldn't work. Literally had to force it open by breaking the lock. Cut my finger in the process but what choice did I have? Then there was the salad bar, I think, might have been fresh an hour before they opened today but anything but fresh now. The pizza....well if you could have stood a slice up on its crust it could have supported 10 pizzas. The cinnamon rolls were good as always but it's supposed to be CiCi's Pizza not CiCi's Cini Rolls. Finally the fruit punch didn't work and the tea tasted like 1 little tea bag had been used to mske 5 gallons of tea. For 8.50 it was a joke. I could go to just about any place in town and for 1.50 more ate much better had better service and enjoyed better bathrooms. It will be a long while before...
