So, we have eaten here many times. Like the food, but if you ever have a problem with the food don’t expect to get it resolved. Customer service is not good! My husband and I ordered Curry to go. He ordered a 5 and I ordered a 0 because I’m nursing a baby who is sensitive. We both like spice and Asian food. We get our dishes and mine was like a 3 pushing 4. Had husband taste it (who had never met any food that is too hot) and said “yeah it’s got spice.” I like spice, but I was on fire. I would have eaten it, but was afraid that my baby would have reacted to it. I Called and told them. After a while trying to get it straightened out my amazing husband went back to the restaurant again. He brought the original food which I had already dumped my rice in and told them he was exchanging it which was what they told him over the phone to do. They took it and in a few minutes handed him the food back. My husband was walking out the door and then realized there was no rice with it because mine was in the previous container. He went back to the counter and asked for rice. They said it’s in there. He said, “what in the soup?” They said “same rice.” He asked them if they handed him back the same food. They said yes and they watered it down and then went into a lecture on how Asian food is spicy. I just can’t believe we were treated this way. We eat here often. We are not complainers nor have I EVER given a bad review. I just can’t believe they would take food into their kitchen that had been at someone’s home and water it down. On top of that, the food was partially eaten and I’m sure some rules apply as far as Health Cods. My rice was so soggy by the time my husband returned it to me. I still didn’t eat it. To save themselves money, they have lost good paying customers that not only enjoy Asian food but understand the spice levels. We will not return due to this and would caution others to do the same. Oh yeah they also said, “We half to water down...
Read moreThis review will have my opinion of what I experienced here. I'm torn on this one, which is very rare. Upon arrival the place was not busy and had few customers. It appears that it is under some updates or improvements under a new owner..?? We waited about 5 minutes at the entrance before an employee seated us. I got up and went the the restroom, in which All their cleaning supplies are in the bathroom stall, then proceed to wash my hands before returning to the table. On my way back to our table I noticed many stackes of Pepsi brand bottled sodas in the big dining room area..."Odd" So I sit at our table and my friend said no one has come to ask what we want to drink yet. So he goes to wash his hands. Once he returned a server finally came to the table. We were able to order our drinks and meals finally, (we had plenty of time to look at the menu for our order). Then the server, as nice as she was, sets down two glasses of ice only. Are you confused yet...lol Then she returns with a bottle of Pepsi and a bottle of Lemonade for us to open and pour into our glasses. (Pictures included) Now I know why the big stack of drinks on the floor of the dinner was for. Soon after we received our Salads and then our plates of Fried Rice.(Pictures included) I do have to say here that our food was very good and I have no complaints from us on that. However during our time here the survice was poor and very unorganized atmosphere within the restaurant. I would say we were there for about an hour total and the whole time we were there they were playing music from one artist only, Miranda Lambert, the Whole Time! Now I'm not complaining about country music but the same artist all night long...wow In summary the food is very good here but it needs better customer service and the interior needs to be cleaner as in finishing the areas under construction or updates so it would look cleaner and more inviting. I hope they improve because the...
Read moreI almost never give negative reviews unless the situation was just overwhelming. Although I understand that COVID has limited wait staff numbers and service could be negatively impacted, the two of us entered the restaurant with no one in line in front of us. About 3-4 tables had customers seated. We waited in the entryway for about 7-10 minutes before we were greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth. (Sign at entry requested we wait to be seated). We ordered two appetizers and the server took our orders for drinks, appetizers, and meals at the same time. While we waited, other customers arrived and also stood at the entrance door for about ten minutes before being acknowledged and seated. The drinks were not served for at least ten minutes after that, but arrived along with the salads. After we finished the salads, we waited about five more minutes before the appetizers arrived. We had barely started on the appetizers when the meals were delivered. The main courses were very good, but I’m glad we didn’t need anything else because we never saw the server again until we were finishing up the meal. We asked for and got served reasonably quickly drink refills. Apparently the restaurant experienced some difficulties with their computer system, as they posted a sign outside the door stating computers are down with an apology, then they locked the door. Customers near the door saw new patrons trying to come inside and were jumping up to open the door for them. Their sign did not state they were closed or that they could accept cash only so patrons were turned away, puzzled. We checked to be sure we had cash to cover the meal, but we’re surprised that the cashier rang up the meals on their computer. I gave two stars because the food was good but with such awful service, we won’t...
