Dos Arbolitos — Restaurant in Lebanon

I am really hoping they read this and change how they do things, this has been mine and my husbands recent favorite place to eat and as far as the food I would give 5 stars, however my husband and I went in their a few days ago and we were enjoying our meal around 4:30 in the afternoon, I Think we were the only ones in there at the time unless somebody was on the other side, then right next to our table someone starts sweeping and as if that’s not bad enough she starts sweeping the rug and really working at it, the dust is flying up, I know the dust was getting in our food, I also has bad asthma and it was not a good experience at all, as this lady was sweeping another lady was mopping with the strongest odor of Lysol you could ever imagine, I couldn’t breathe and both my husband and I felt nauseous trying to eat, it was awful! I really hope they read this and change how they do things, we didn’t want to cause a scene and embarrass people but this was not a good...

I called ahead to make a reservation for 10 for a birthday party. I was told that would be fine and we gave them a name.They said great and told me a time our table would be ready. When we arrived we were treated very poorly. We were told we did not have a reservation, and the only reservation they had was for 15 and they told that said party that they couldn’t seat them because that was too many. We explained that we called ahead for 10 not 15. She insisted that was not true, and said there was no reservation under our name. The hostess was passive aggressive and rude the entire time we were there. But... the food was amazing as always! We paid on one tab and left a nice tip. We always support local, but this experience was extremely disappointing and it may be hard to go back...

My friend ordered Mexican food on the phone and i went to pick it up. They are selling alcohol to go so we order margaritas. I went in leaving my dog in the car with my wallet because i took out my credit card to pay. They ask for my ID okay i told them i left it in the car had to go get it (Im 28 years old and stopped getting carded so I didn’t think about it). I walk back in and they are talking in Spanish about me like i cant speak Spanish and i show them my card. They don’t believe me and are rude about it. In my frustration I accidentally tipped them 25%. If you’re going to be rude to people ordering alcohol maybe you shouldn’t serve it to go. Definitely not going back.
