The Human Bean — Restaurant in Lebanon

I have been coming through here for years now, not daily.. but weeklyish. I look forward to the drinks and service. Typically the employees are wonderful and super friendly and fun to chat with. Today I came through an empty parking lot with one car at the window, so drove through to the other window on the street side. I was greeted by a condescending woman telling me to slow down coming through the parking lot because they have almost had 6 accidents. Good enough, I didn't feel like I was speeding but I respect safety. When I tried to make a suggestion that maybe some 'slow' or 'caution' signs be posted so that people are aware there are visibility issues she kept cutting me off and rolling her eyes and disregarding anything I tried to reply back. I made sure not to raise my voice or talk back in the condescending tone she opened the conversation with because she was clearly defensive and wired. I tried to explain I was just trying to have a conversation and make a suggestion but she cut me off and told me I was being disrespectful. I was completely at a loss and decided to just leave. What an awful interaction. Was very surprised and disappointed. Maybe have the barista on a power trip stand outside with a slow down sign to burn off some energy and teach everyone one of us idiots driving through to give you our money a...

Great place to get coffee and smoothies. The coffee here is better than any other place that you get coffee from. Starbucks has the worst coffee I have ever had and it taste down right terrible. So, if you want a good cup of coffee go to Human Bean in Lebanon. The service is good also. 👍☕🥰☕🤩☕😎☕👍 Went here today and got my thermos filled with coffee. It is nice and hot. 🔥👍☕🤩

They have the best coffee around here. Every time going here the coffee is nice and hot. It has a great taste. ☕☕☕☕ The service is great too. They are friendly here than any other human bean place. 👍👍☕☕😎😍

I get a 20 oz coffee and it is aways Hot 🔥. I like going to the one in Lebanon and the one in Newport Oregon. They are the best 👌 ones I have been too. Both places are my best 👌 two.

Honestly really disappointed and I feel like this company in general has gone downhill. The one on Hill Street in Albany absolute favorite I don't know if anybody still works there anymore that I know but they would always have my coffee ready and it tastes so good. You're in Lebanon I got a drink this morning and I asked for a blended white chocolate mocha I watched her literally just dump white chocolate syrup at the bottom of this cup and fill it from a slushy machine and I asked for chocolate and caramel on the cup and she drizzled it like it was on a shortage. And then to be charged like eight bucks for something I could have got a quickie Mart for two. What happened to good coffee anymore unfortunately I will never be stopping by the human being...
