Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lebanon

Firstly things first, this is not a sit down location, only carryout and delivery. I knew this ahead of time but it's a fair warning for anyone who was thinking of getting table service.

Now for the review:

We are outside of their delivery so had to call the order on. Nobody answered when we called so we were routed to a call center. This was horrible in that they had to look up the location I wanted to pickup, it took the representative several attempts to get the order which is not the location's fault specifically.

I showed up, pizza wasn't ready, not a big deal since I was 5 minutes early and went to pay for the order However, my bill was incorrect as the representative didn't order it correctly. Again, not this location's fault specifically, but it adds insult to injury. I got the bill corrected and was told that my order would be ready "shortly". Little did I know that "shortly" meant an additional 35 minutes while she only showed up back at the counter 2 other times very briefly the entire time. Finally got my order, and they messed up one of the pizzas but I was not waiting around for another one!

The person at the counter was nice but stated several times she was the only one cooking and working the register on addition to the two delivery drivers. But one person to cook all of the pizzas and be responsible for the counter? Ridiculous. Especially as the phone rang non-stop the entire time I was there along with people walking in looking to place orders.

The place seemed generally clean, lone employee was friendly and apologetic not sitting there for an additional 35 minutes waiting for my food. I'll go to a different...

I placed the order online that automatically sent it to west main here lebanon tennessee I normally order from south cumberland street Pizza hut in lebanon , tennessee! Anyways the manager Eden not sure if that's how you spell his name called me and told me he canceled my order because we don't deliver to you I said okay and hung up. well I called back to ask why he didn't call me to see if I could come get it well Interrupted me i said let me finish talking.He proceeds to say we're not delivering it to you.And I said I wasn't asking that I was asking you.Why you did not call me to see if I could pick it up instead of canceling it. Because I use what I have left for my childrens lunch. He said well, I gave you refund, I said. I have to wait at least 3 to 7 business days before that goes back on my card He said well, I'm sorry and I said well.This is bull crap is there someone I contact above you about this?Because this doesn't make sense.. He's a known at the moment and I said well I use to work at Papa John's?I'm sure I could contact somebody above you Then he hung up in my face.Beautiful customer...

I called to order a pizza. The lady I spoke with got upset that I asked a question because she was busy. Hung up in my face. I call back for a manager and share my feedback with a man named Michael who answers the phone at the store. The first day he tells me that he will not give me the managers name. Call back Monday. I call back Monday and he asks me why I want to speak with the manager. I tell him. He says you have to wait 15 minutes . The assistant manager gets on the phone and says. The general manager is on vacation and I dont know when she will be back. Michael told you I was busy. I originally called about the rudeness at the store and I now understand that this is the atmosphere at the store. The assistant manager hung up the phone in my face. I will make it a point to never spend my hard earned money with this...
