This Taco Bell is notorious for NOT having fresh ingredients and always putting LESS than HALF the actual amount of ingredients in your ordered items. I have to always ask to make certain ingredients fresh for my order, and they ALWAYS say, "we just dropped some, they are fresh," when in reality, they aren't. Many times, half of my order would be fresh because they would still end up using whatever old & stale ingredients they had laying around when they could have made the complete order fresh as requested. Let's be honest, no one wants a Supreme Taco with no meat, no one wants a stale chalupa shell, no one wants anything with little to no ingredients in it, and no one wants HARD and stale potatoes. This isn't rocket science. This is fast food. Don't bother going through the drive-through unless you want to be disappointed after leaving. You're better off dining in so you can correct your order if needed or avoid this location altogether... I've always wondered why this location runs through employees and managers like they are toilet paper, and well, the answer is pretty obvious... This Taco Bell is a complete loss. Avoid...
Read moreI never review places unless my experience was extremely good or extremely bad. Fortunately, this is one of those good experiences. First off, everything was there and correct. Taco Bell is usually one of the worst for forgetting things, but everything was there this time. Second, the food was fast and very fresh. I absolutely love the cantina soft tacos, but most of the time, they skimp on the ingredients especially the chicken, but these were the best I have ever had. They were fat and messy and perfect. Everything else like the caramel apple empanadas, nacho fries, and chilupas were hot and fresh. Honestly, my only problem was the price. I spent $42 at Taco Bell!!! Taco Bell used to be the go to cheap food place, but I could have ate at a sit down restaurant for that price. Five dollar boxes are now $7 and $7 deluxe boxes are now $10. That being said, it was actually worth it this time because the quality was top notch. Now, I just need to to keep the 90's items permanently, especially the caramel apple empanadas and the meximelts. Those empanadas are the most delicious...
Read moreNot good. I frequent this taco bell as it is close to my house. I got some spoiled chicken in the shredded chicken burrito. One bite, I spit it out and went back to the store for a refund. I had a $10 order, the rest of the food was good so I asked for just the burrito price refunded and I got the you must be sick and we changed the recipe (which they have but I have had the new version numerous times.) I understand mistakes and I probably would have brushed it off and not wrote a review, but to act like I'm the problem when I spend way too much money weekly at this taco bell so much most of them know my name and what I usually order. This was not just a taste difference, it was a left out all day stagnant spoiled chicken water taste. I usually am the driver and I pick up food for everyone at my house so I'll get food for them but they won't get any of my money at this location again. They lost a customer $25 a week spent probably won't make any difference to them. Overall pretty standard bad...
