Got my wedding ring resized last year and was pleased until I noticed holes coming through the seam. They took it back, for free, to fix the holes (after trying to assure me that it was normal and wearable still). The work was done quickly but I never received a call. Finally after a month, I called and they told me they were slammed busy and couldn't find it. I was also scolded for not having a work order slip when the lady that took the ring in never gave me anything. Then called me back an hour later after finding it with a note claiming they called after a week and I had no voicemail (not true, it's been set up and functional for years). I have no record of missed calls from them. Then when I finally went to pick up, I put it on and it was smaller and had to get it cut off at the fire station. Sure, they offered to repair it. But no way am...

This is a grèat store to buy jewelry. Ron and jim Great friendly people and good customer service. Jim even offers layaway. The price are good comparable with the other Jewelers. He has sales, go in, you won't be sorry. He has lots to choose from. Real nice store. The good thing is he's local. This is where I get my jewelry now. If he doesn't have what your looking for, he will get it for you. He will help you as much as he can to find what your looking for. He even change your watch battery . If you have something that needs to be fixed he can do it for you. They both have lots of knowledge the both have answered all my questions I had. Please stop in he's been there for years. I've been to other Jewelers and he's the best one around here better...

I absolutely love this local business. During this pandemic last summer he took the time to have my soon to be husband's wedding band sized that I brought him for our wedding in September 2020. He did an amazing job and had it back to me 2 days later. Last week after being married only 5 months I had smashed my wedding ring almost flat and was barely able to get it off my finger. We brought it to him and he had it fixed within just a few minutes. He knows how special my grandparents wedding ring set is to me and has always taken such great care of us.
