I gave one star not because of the shopping experience but because of a bad experience on January 20th at about 7:30 a.m. . While pulling into the Weis parking lot after a snowstorm on the 19th evening it was quite apparent that no one plowed or salted the parking lot pulling in, I was there to drop off my daughter that in fact works at that store. After dropping my daughter off I pulled a way I went about 65 feet turned to cut through the parking lot to get to the exit Lane and due to the ice slid into a concrete Pole catching the very corner of my 2006 Honda Civic which in turn crush the fender smash the bumper cover and deploy both airbags. Being it was so early in the morning I had only on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt so I pulled the car off the pole drove across the parking lot picked up pieces Pride the fender away from the wheel and drove home knowing I had to pick up my daughter at 12. When I got back the manager of the day told me and several other people that were there that she didn't call to have anyone plow or salt then questioned what pole I hit, I had to repeat myself numerous times physically pointing at the pole outside with that manager and she kept pointing out a pole all the way on the other end of the parking lot and telling me that that was not their Pole I was getting very frustrated because of the constant repeating of everything I had to say to her,she apparently is unaware when you can physically see the pole I hit 65 feet from the front door and she is pointing at 190 feet away and insisting that was the pole I hit I believe I know exactly what Pole I hit and so did the employee that was standing right there that had picked up the parts to my car. This is not something abnormal at this Weis I just was there yesterday and the parking lot was covered with ice and snow again. So the manager on the 20th takes my information name phone number address driver's license number and says that she'll be getting back to me, now that was two weeks ago I havent heard nothing I have a car that is crushed because someone chose not to call a plow or a salt truck and I say that because again the manager told me and three other people there that she didn't call anyone to plow or salt, It disgusts me that I have shop there for 12 years spending quite a bit of money in those 12 years feeding me and my three children a single father with three children by myself and I go into a parking lot pull away doing 15 miles an hour and slide on a piece of ice into a pole and I can't even get a phone call back I've stopped in at that store several times and the manager that initially took my name and phone number is never there or maybe she's just ignoring me it would be really good if someone could get back to me from Weis corporate to explain what they want to do to rectify the situation before I take it couple steps further because I'm not going to take it one step further I'm going to take it several steps further because I know two other people that slid out on 12th Street which is a pretty busy street from the Weis parking lot the same day and almost got hit I have to say that it's again ridiculous that one of the only parking lots that was so bad that it was dangerous to be on to begin with was and always...

It did not nor did it ring up at 19.99 it rang up at 27.00 so I took 2 pictures so they could see where I got it from. So she proceed to tell me she has to go by the sale flyer. So I told her well that entire shelf is all the same bags. She offered me nothing no sorry no nothing. I thought that if a label was placed in the wrong section they would give you that price. This person Iām assuming the manager offered me nothing no sorry no nothing. I told her Iāve shopped at this location for years and if something like this happened they gave you the sale price. She didnāt even listen she just walked away. I asked the guy at the register he couldnāt even answer me because he said he did not know the policy. I go to the seafood counter and the person at the seafood counter said sorry they donāt tell me nothing they just put me back here. No one knew anything. So I went there to the seafood section to purchase a whole lobster and a shrimp platter. I waited and waited and waited and there was an associate going in and out of the double door right next to the seafood department who looked at and acknowledged me every time yet never came behind the counter to serve me. After about 15 minutes of this I went to customer service and asked them can they call somebody to seafood I've been waiting for quite a long time and there is no button or Bell for service. They called over the PA system and I went back. Again I stood there waiting for more than 10 minutes with that same associate continuing to go in and out of those doors with other produce and refusing to serve me.
