My family was very excited when we heard a CFA was being established locally. It was an otherwise rare treat on the road elsewhere and the experience was always great. Elsewhere, we frequently commented to one another how we needn't check the bag before leaving. It's been a while now, and we've given up on this location. The order accuracy is reliably unreliable. Nearly every single time we request 5 mayo (my spouse's beloved condiment for sandwich and fries), we get 2 or 3. My salad dressing packets have been completely absent at least 3 times. Recently, an entire sandwich was missing, which we discovered after we got home to eat. I've given online feedback numerous times and received the token treat or reward (appreciated), but there has been no delta in service. The problem is so common that I cannot ascertain if these events are random or if this reflects a systematic attempt at depriving customers of their condiments (which are paid for). The staff are very pleasant and do try to remedy the deficiencies, but enough is enough.
To whomever manages or owns this location, a workflow/quality process intervention is necessary. Your location is not meeting the Chik-fil-A standard.

Read moreI want to start off by saying I love Chick-fil-A, I even sent you a baby shower invite last year (even though I didn't hear back) but I frequently go to the Lebanon pa location and I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they're newer, but this time I need to draw the line, the last several times I've went they always miss SOMETHING I placed the order online through the app 4 drinks a kids meal (which there was NO TOY or drink) 3 counts of chicken nuggets fries a salad and a wrap, I asked for 4/5 ketchup's and 3-4 siracha sauces went i received my food the first thing i noticed was my fries where ice cold and stale, we had none of the sauces we asked for and no straws for any of the drinks, when I noticed it was too late as this was for my husband work lunch and he works a good bit away and another time they missed my brothers sandwich completely but still had me pay the full amount, but wasn't told about it until later as he lives far away. Read moreI’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt because they recently opened. However, today was enough for me to finally leave a review. The last three visits we’ve had something wrong with our order. All orders were placed via the app, so this wasn’t a communication error. The other two times, items that we ordered were swapped for something else and a drink was forgotten. Not wanting to drive back, we decided to just forget it and eat the price. Today, we decided to call as an entree was completely forgotten. The manager was extremely short on the phone and asked if we could drive back. No refund offered. I offered to drive back (as it was my meal that was forgotten). She had told us to ask for a manager when I got there. When I asked for a manager, that was ignored and instead they just pushed through an order for my missing entree. I’m not a greedy person however if you’re asking a customer to drive back across town to fix your mistake, I do expect some decent customer service. To add to it, the bag with the nuggets was practically thrown in my face/car by the drive thru worker.
